These under performance applies to almost 90% of the stocks traded in LSE. If Buff is English and traded in UK only, he wouldn't have been famous. or would have held on to shares for years. Even most famous stocks in FTSE have lost lots or disappears altogether.

Almost all samallcaps, AIM and to some extent FT250 shares go up with some very positive news. Then after couple of days later, they drop about 5% a day until the drop past previous level before rise. This is sickening for long term investers.
Someone going to walk through and bid very tiny premium to current price and walk away with he goods. It's. happening time and time to UK companies. These stocks should be trading higher higher every day ( almost all stock except ftse 100)
For BoD to accept this deal, there must to some sweeteners offered to them. Does anyone know what they are? Are they duty bound to disclose them. I can't. believe they changed their mind overnight after resisting for longtime to split the company. As it was pointed out here at the mo all UK companies suffering due to inflation etc. This company worth more than £1bn when we recover in 12 months. No need to rush to sell out to asset strippers.
