Yesterday I came back from Venice using easyjet the flights were full both ways. Just ony 2 or 3 empty seats. All the hetels are near capacity at the other end. It looks like all the major short distance carriers and tour operators are going have a good summer regardless of squeeze. Perhaps stay in a cheaper hotels and less expensive meals.

To sell large chunk of shares you normally have to give between 5 and 10 percent. So this transaction is not unusual. Keep calm and add more if you can.

This is simply equity swap for debt. Technically no change in status quo except the 8% dowry paid to complete the transaction and hence not announced during the reporting.

This stock just moves in a very narrow range all year, but gently falling over time. Management fogged-off potential buyers promising better return but nothing materialised. Time to shake the tree.
