I like to buy but I can’t as I am over invested in few AIM shares. Now all of them under water.The biggest is this one. I must learn to resist as in the past I kept topping up everytime they tanked as thinking this is temporary but didn’t turn out that way.

I am surprised that the dilution of only AIM shares land nor equally between /both bourses.

Isn’t it the same now? Last few weeks we were told two unnamed large companies are in FID. We were also told that the cost is coming down by very large percentage. Just in time raise more money. Now we go into hibernation until we spent all the money. No runs for at least 6 months

The problem with AIM shares they get oversold badly after a minor mishaps and continually been sold. When good news come it jumps up. This sort of behaviour is not conducive to hold the shares. I am almost certain by this time tomorrow we would loose at least 50% of the gain for no reason. So a rollercoaster ride without any AIM.

Is any existing holders buying? I have already maxed out longtime ago and this one has the highest investment. Was 95% down now about 70%. Too reluctant to commit more.

Most of the Apple products after all cost including distribution yeield about 70% margin. You can read this on Apples own quarterly results published by Apple. So it doesn’t surprise me that most `iPhones cost less than £200; I am talking about bottom line. This is the money in the bank.

I still think this will be above 500p by Xmas. They were spending money in expansion and refurbishing. Also spent on buy back. Excluding these events the PTP would have been higher. Simply the shorters trying control the events.

Spark, The main culprit is that the management got carried away with previous results and expanding aggressively. This is not new. There are few companies in UK are in the same boat. For example, JD sports, Domino etc. It’s easy to do. They’ll the boss woman, drop the rest of the expansion to postpone for at least 18 month and concentrate the resources to make current outlets more profitable. Add some cooler drinks, ice creams to the mix during summer months etc.

Who needs more plane, if you can carry more passengers than last year. SP should move up to £20 soon.

Where these additional shares coming from for special clients to buy? What happened to all the shorts?

Danny, I am writing in too many disguises. I operate on my own. I am mostly trader and not longer holder of high amount. I always trade part of my holding. I don’t spread either. For me to make money I need to buy low and sell high. The current situation is not helping to trade. I am bit in the limbo. I had a small holding for more than 3 years and loosing over 50%. Now have a sizeable holding and in profit over 10k. Bit been stuck since the consolidation.

So Danny, I trade as I see fit. No ties to anyone on this or other forum. Are you a trader?

Why are they giving discount to all buyers?

Pj70, There is no need to hold the prices down unless they are involved in scams. There results is immaterial to share price. It’s simply supply and demand. Last few days there appear to be demand outstrip almost 4 to 1. I was expecting it raise at least 3% each of those days. All other gold miners are moving up today.

MM manipulation continues. Most precious metal share prices are up by 2 to 6% GGP is down again. What waste of time trading in AIM

James, GGP is over 10% down wrt to Australia. May move even lower today.
