The law can't be clear if there are multiple interpretations of it. But I agree with you the situation is unsatisfactory, we are mugs, we believed something that turned out not to be true...that Sweden has a transparent permitting process. You said it wasn't possible to embarrass the government, also true, which is why Plan B whatever it is is doomed to failure. The Riksdag can put pressure on the government and they already have, which is why we wait. I don't like it any more than you do, just being realistic (LOL).

I am aware of that Pocko. But I don't know what you mean by "not randomly issued".... what point are you making with that?. The government publish a Minerals Strategy which invites companies to participate in exploration. As for being embarrassed or not embarrassed the Rikkstag have already agreed the process doesn't work and they are expecting the government to take urgent action to resolve it, which they agreed to do. Whether that helps us or not I don't know. But I really don't see what your idea of Plan B could possibly achieve because the law is uncertain and that's the problem... the Rikstag have just said that. We are indeed suckers. We have to wait.

Stick to the facts...an approval from the Bergesstaten twice is not noise or conjecture, it represents a considerable achievement by the company. The situation now is unusual, I don't know if it has ever happened before, .the government have said they are engaged in a delicate balancing act...we have a choice to wait it out or not. I have made my choice and you and your blah blah blah will not affect it in any way.

Ibjj....There's no need to exaggerate...the Bergesstaten have reviewed this application in the course of those six years, twice and they have approved it twice.

Geovanni. It was rumoured that the Secretary would not give a date and that the company expressed their dissatisfaction, that has given some of us, rightly or wrongly, a bad vibe. If the company had been satisfied that the meeting was positive they wouldn't have expressed dissatisfaction, which I think they did. But dissatisfaction is surely in order in the circumstances. The government just declined to say when, maybe that's normal.

Adam. Emil Hogberg attended the SweMin conference this morning...the message was as always that we need minerals for the sustainable society.... all that amounts to a lot of pressure for the government. I can't believe that they are gulling us along with the intention of breaking the company but that's what it feels like. We have allies and that gives me some confidence that the matter will be brought to a conclusion soon. How will they justify saying No.

You still haven't answered my question, repeating examples of the delaying tactics isn't a reason why they won't deliver, it's only a symptom. And for your information I'm not expecting any cheque any time soon, I'm expecting a dividend....howzat for wishful thinking.
