Juicy....What you have posted is a misrepresentation of the facts; Kurt has never said that we would have a decision before summer. He said something quite different:

"The Company expects, and it is reasonable to do so, that a decision will be taken, by the Government, before the summer."

That sentence in no way lead me to believe that a decision would definitely come before summer.... it indicated that it is a reasonable expectation and it also indicated a bit more.

For a very welcome update; fingers crossed then that our day in the sun is coming soon.

This is a very, very big project and it warrants due scrutiny from the government (:-) ) but imo the pieces are coming together. Hope we hear something from the OECD, it's online now but I haven't got time to look at it. I'm currently soaked to the skin and just in for a change of clothes. GL x

So....Pocko you can't provide a definite answer to the question about litigation if we took that course, in fact there isn't an answer. So if it's the worst possible course it seems to me that the current course of putting pressure on the government is the right course, pressure from as many directions as possible and KB has'been active on that front, he's got a long list now of big hitting supporters from other industries, including Vattenfall and the Inlandesbanen. And the OECD may have something to say today and tomorrow.

We've already done just about everything in the complaining, pointing the finger direction and unlikely as it may seem I'm just trying to be realistic All this caring for the fortunes of shareholders is absolutely of no interest to the government, Swedish or any other nationality....we're just chancers as far as they're concerned. Pocko...maths has never been my strong suite but -2p is three times less than -7p, I think. This summer debate is getting a bit nit picking for me....before the end of summer is what I expect now, in fact it would be reasonable to expect it today, but we didn't get it today. What this share will be worth if they say No is slightly more than nothing. Just saying.
