Morning Eric. It will save money.... the situation with Corvid gives exploration an extension, don't really know how it affects our licences but I suppose it does, with Parki No 6 being a new one. Can't see how anything has changed with the big decision...still being processed, prioritised, in hand, forthcoming, etc. And the KU will have even more material for their investigation by Autumn. Our day will come.

I bought a birthday card yesterday that had a label on it...I used to be a coffee cup. ;-) But it wasn't cheap I thought at £2. I wonder how many dishwashers, washing machines, cars, mobile phones, buildings, etc. can be made from non virgin materials? I do certainly believe we should clean up our act but it will take machinery made from metals to do it. Iron is the most recyclable thing there is, it's infinitely recyclable. I wonder what Isabella Loven's laptop is made from..metal and plastic probably, same as mine. Lol

Do you remember that at one stage it was rumoured the Mining Inspector was reprimanded for having been too lenient in the scope of the area of their investigation...it was before the NK business? I think she replied that she did it according to the written legal requirements. Then then looked at it again and made the same decision. Suze.

Sorry that went on the wrong thread should have been KU/Legal action but it's all the same pot isn't it.

Morning All. Juicy raises the interesting speculation of what if....the application had remained with the government and not been sent back to the MI. Well....it was a very strange question from them to the company, "What do you want us to do with this"? That the company asked them to send it back to the MI at least meant that something would happen and it did, they investigated it further and found that it fully complied with the new requirements set by the NK investigation...so that was a result at least which adds to the dossier, an enforced delay without any foundation because the application was already more than adequate. Strange and iffy.

Evening Aug n'All. In effect our application already has been made to resubmit after the NK enquiry, a re-examination that resulted in the Mining Inspector passing it for a second time...another delay of over a year and the evidence called for was already present in the first application.

Eric...I'm depending on the KU to do that, the PM would send a polite acknowledgement saying he'd pass our complaint to his Minister and we know the reply to that. They cultivate potential investors but actual investors get short shrift...they couldn't care less...due process, you must be joking!

Morning Subtle....From memory I think it was planned for the end of the summer...but will Kurt be willing to spend the money if we get no decision from the government? Shocking state of affairs they should be ashamed!
