According to the laws the Mining Inspector is concerned with in examining applications we fulfill the requirements and the rest is something she's not allowed to judge. It's smoke and mirrors.

I don't agree with you there...it isn't just an exploration licence it's a JORC indicated resource of 118Mt + an inferred 33.8Mt and an exploration target of 90-100Mt...an achievable resource of 250Mt. They cannot I take our exploration licence away from us because we've done the job and now we're waiting for them to do there's. I also don't understand what you mean by saying what are we saving money for? To stay in business of course, bearing in mind the unwillingness of the authorities after 7+ years to give us a date for a decision.

We're a junior mining company, nobody cares tuppence about us but Sweden as a mining nation is something the Riksdag are keen to debate, as they did in the spring of this year. Something has to happen sometime and I'm depending on the KU to push it along.

Now I'm here..."going concerns" fail every day and cease to be going and other dire failures succeed....Kaunis Iron has made a profit this near, they've risen from the ashes. I'm depending on KU to make our case for us, not that it needs to be made but it does need to be put in the spotlight. The KU committee has got nothing to do with it directly but it might get close to uncovering the true reason for the delay, not forgetting the Government can say No if they want to.

Reading about the Covid news in Sweden, the Swedes have been staying at home in large numbers and there has been a decline in spending...even with no official lockdown.

It's a good question. Just thinking about this Covid-19 business and the drilling programme....not drilling will save us money and the need to begin drilling possibly no longer is as urgent because of the extension of 1 year given to exploration licences, we had Parki No 2 taken from us if you remember because we'd done no drilling (to save money) and the terms of the licence are that in the time given we must provide information on the licence in the form of drilling...a work plan was deemed to be not sufficient. So could that be the reason...we have more time? Not to say that Covid isn't an issue , travelling long distances even into the wilderness might be unwise. Just speculating..it keeps me from throwing things about. Morning Pocko and All.

It's been very bad and I'm sure another government would be better but I imagine the current S are mainly in favour of mining and I hope they pull it together asap...we live in hope...everybody except MP wants it and just how long they will get away with delaying it I Just thinking today there must be I guess about 500 UK shareholders and only a tiny proportion post on here. Personally I think this bb is very good and I've enjoyed the exchange.

Thinking about it...I mean the darkest hours, we've only got the KU to look forward to at the moment, unless the decision comes like a lightening bolt from a blue sky (which I think is what they say over there) and I'm not expecting it. Something political has to happen, maybe it will...it's all a great unknown. Fun though...sorry but I must be honest.

Yes, 3card, I agree...last time the placing didn't hit us too hard price wise because it hit a stream of expectation and it's been lucky for us KB had such friends when we needed them. It's been a tricky balancing act given all the false hopes and lies we've had to weather from this spineless government. When and if fairer winds start blowing for us I hope we too will be included in the circle of friends. :-)

In effect we do get a share in the placing because the price invariably drops as they sell them off. Actually, it didn't last time, they were taken up on the market pretty fast. Not saying its what we want but it does give us the chance to add to our risk. If that's complete rubbish please feel free to put me straight. :-)
