It was a general sort of statement about three years ago, can't remember the exact context might have been BEM related, don't remember. Sweden doesn't have any national exploration programme, and exploration costs big money, as you know, and we've spent 80 million Swedish on Kallak. There are a lot of details about exploration licences in the Minerals Strategy Document and foreign companies can consider themselves invited to take part on equal terms with Swedish companies. The exploration licence has a short term, can't remember how many years, 2-3 I think, compared to the Exploitation Concession which is 25 years. But in order to get a renewal for the exploration licence you have to demonstrate that you've fulfilled your promise to explore and show some results for it. I probably still haven't answered your question, but there are two many and they don't always have answers. :-)
