Well, he was moved and became Minister of the Interior, which includes The Ministry of Justice...must have taken The Book with him . Nobody with any claim to expertise can take an indeterminate amount of time to read an HIA; so how long should UNESCO take to report on their 'findings', bearing in mind we don't know what the question was?
