So "JOKE" isn't rude? Topsharepicks is a trader who joined us when this share hit Top of the Risers recently as it does from time to time when a whisper of news hits the air waves...he knows precious little about it and he's moved from ramper to deramper in a manner worse than "rude". Eric on the other hand knows everything that has taken place with this Company for the last ten years, through thick and thin, and we know him and trust him. We don't know you Takayama and we don't trust you; whatever you're trying to say here, you're making a pigs ear of it. This company's CEO has done everything he could do to move this Project forward and we have every confidence in his judgement. Anyone who posts an opinion which is contrary to supporting the Company can expect some opposition from LTHs; we do of course agree to differ with polite 'other' opinions but it seems to me that bugger off is entirely appropriate in some cases.

There's at least a bit more transparency and the Minister's most recent statement on where this process is at has a much wider audience. And we've got enough money in the bank to press on with other stuff...we're in a strong position.

Three years ago we LTHs had already waited five years and we were in a similar state of expectation to now (or rather last December) less so now...having been promised by the Government that a process was underway. The KU Committee's investigation has revealed that promise to have been an empty promise.. as was 'prioritised' and 'forthcoming'; it wasn't.

I mean, they only have to read it..they don't have to write it. So five 'experts' reading a HIA...how long would it take? And then of course they'll have to discuss it and write a reply to the question, whatever that was.

We're left guessing but at least things have moved forward in that the Department of Enterprise and Industry (lol) is under scrutiny from a growing number of MPs who think it's a matter of some importance..there's going to be no hiding it for another three years. Although this wait is a bit stressful, it's hard to imagine it will be an extended process for UNESCO to examine it...the HIV was done in accordance with their own guidelines. Talking of extended processes, Mr Damberg said that more than three years ago, he didn't think it should be an extended process. He didn't know the half did he.

You make a very topical point Treetop...English people were enslaved in Rome in the 1st Century and this question of ethnicity is ridiculous. I can understand it if an interloping nation comes across a people who are not in tune with modern times, an unknown tribe in the rain forest, who couldn't possibly be expected to get up to speed in one generation, they need protection...otherwise the thing is a total can of worms. Nobody lived in Northern Europe until after the last ice melted, we're all ethnic.
