What genujnely was useful re condor is that - for some years at least - Mark was pretty comfortable.keeping one or two of us informed on general progress via email that was fed back to the wider bb.

I presume there's no such line of comms with MTL?

I don't think it's being held back massively, as much as co tinting to fly under the radar. Most credible sources seem to think this is the case moreso than the likes of mellon exiting.

They're just looking at NPV, which is 4x where we are today so why wouldn't you throw the kitchen sink at it. Unlike speculation, or investments with a high PE or no fundamentals, we've got LITERAL WEALTH buried in our garden.

We're aim, which limits institutional involvement and traders can bank a few quid here and there on the swings. This is par for the course, but we're deffo a coiled spring.

When we go itll.be unstoppable. There'll be a few traders with egg on their faces, but they'll have likely moved on, as traders do.

The value proposition here continues to be filthy.

I originally stated we'd be at 25p by christmas before pulling that back to 20p but the shutdown and delayed news on the interim sources of additional funding have swept us off piste a bit. Which hasn't helped.

I'm not concerned, despite the swings being quite large. The fact we're talking now in terms of months, versus years, concerning unlocking the value buried at La India is genuinely very exciting.

12 mths (intot he La India commissioning window): 50–60p mid-case, with upside into the mid 60s on stronger sentiment and stable/increasin POG.

24 mths (full La India production): approx 65p mid w/ a 60–95p range depending on what DB'S able to pull put of the hat.

Add Dupax potential: potentially lifts the 24-month view to 80–85p mid, up to approx 110p in a full success case if they prove out anything of significance on that front.

It's napkin maths. I had us penned at 20-25p by christmas if there's a tangible la india update. Dupax (if good) should help us to sail this.

With la india beginning to look like a sure bet, we should be 40-60p with ease.

And sooner than you think.

I'm honestly not even factoring Dupax into any of my estimates.
