8-10% is common here. I am only buying 0.3 or below (now would need to go near year low). I am not selling here, there is already a seller and buyer...but then i am not trading, so dont get bothered by spread nor sp level. I await production, and hopefully end to ukraine war at least.

Got to keep in mind this three tier organizational structure...kodal Minerals, KMUK and Les Mines de Lithium de Bougouni. Kodal Minerals will be the beneficiary of 49% of kmuk profits, and kmuk will have 65% of the lithium deposit/mine. So kodal minerals have just under one third of returns...still a tidy sum given kodal minerals have a free carry on $100m first stage development costs.

I expect if kod were to sell bougouni we would get a special dividend. If kod were to be taken over we would get at least the 0.5p hainan paid for their share of Kod. Current sp remains a bargain...my money is where my mouth is...not all, of course, but, a substantial amount for me, and a big part of my total holdings...

Perhaps the very little activity/faith in uk equities is the real cause of this low price. A bargain if hainan wants to take them out...courtesy of the dire state of london markets due to short sellers, casino culture, insiders etc.

Paul, just wait and see what is agreed. Kod have, until recently, talked of market price. Rio tinto clearly see a future for lithium, and battery grade lithium supply shortages are anticipated...agreeing floor and ceiling price is in the interest of both parties. Although hainan may just want to buy out kod 49% share. Ganfeng took over leos share, and rio tinto paid top dollar for their entry to lithium. Patience....
