100...hainan need to feed their processing plant in china...they dont hold all the cards...hence lets await the outcome of the negotiations re the 'off-take' agreement that was enabled by the cost/price for sin chuay relinquishment of right of first refusal.

A good investor would have bought into the recent dip...still time...

I bought at sub .018-.02, sold at .3, and kept free shares. Perhaps, i ought to have sold at .08...but hey lithium price was flying and the climate agenda was on everyone's mind. Not now, but lets see what influence musk has on evs in us...how india and china progress with their pollution control agendas etc. oh then there is the issue if europe refocusing, assuming some resolution in ukraine is achieved...so many unkowns...

I am in over the weekend, over xmas/new year, and then till production. Then i will evaluate whether or not to return my stake to safer investment and whether to carry the 'free ride'. So close to production, and then some more, assuming no shenanigans...

I dont think the selling has finished. But for all the selling there has been buying. Not long for production. Not long to find out the motives of the buyer.

Laverda, Suay Chin have made loads...i am sure they have other fish to fry and/ or others to nurse

There is no reason for Suay Chin to hold...

A. they have relinquished their rights to the lithium

B. They have been paid a tidy sum

C. The value of their shareholding has massively increased.

If I am correct, and its Sin chuay selling. The question is who is buying, and for what reason. My biggest fear is that Kod will be taken private...its not kods fundamentals (debt free, fully funded, imminent cash flow). This is where we need answers from Bernard...

Rio, ganfeng, hainan would not be acquiring assets if they thought there was no future. I am sure we will/can ensure the liquid position of kod should the need arise.

I dont think the 23 mining code would have been unknown to hainan, also ganfeng signed up to it after taking leo out. Seems as if too much is being made of foreseens...spudomene price and cost are the crucial parameters

I think the $100m investment by Hainan into koduk incorporated renegotiation of off-take. I dont recall any conditions attached into hainan investment of $17.5m into kod at a substantial premium (then 0.5p). I dont think Bernard/kod has been deceitful (there was a time when i lost all trust), in fact he has been careful and held cards very close to his chest. He has delivered, whilst others lost faith...its a matter of time and trust.

Bought at .0306, waited to see what was happening. Aim to take my stake out at 0.045-0.05...the rest i will mostly leave to ride, and see if rio tinto and chinese mining companies are right in their anticipation/forecast

Looks at the ups and downs on the kod chart...this is just another down on an upward trend...kod are debt free and, currently, cash and asset rich.

Rio paid top dollar for arcadium, ganfeng paid a tidy sum for leo (on the 23 code). Despite the lithium price, big boys want the anticipated action. Lets see what happens here

I bought more...but have bought and sold on the ups and downs...so doubled up from my ''free" shares...will, hopefully, take me stake out in the coming weeks and months and increase 'free' holding

$15m is not a big thing to kmuk...to kod it is...but kod have cash, have assets, presumably could get a loan or raise some cash....the seller and buyer are merely exchanging a lower price
