Good find Surety, it's exactly the project that Chariot and the others are trying to do.
"......As disclosed, the project includes photovoltaic and wind farms, electrolyzers, a green ammonia plant, and supporting infrastructure such as water desalination, energy storage, and logistics for export. The total estimated CAPEX reportedly amounts to $1.5 billion....."
Chariot is basically out of the running as usual...because its never generated ANY income.
If we actually look at Hyxxxx they are very well established

The AEMP purchase with LAURENT COCHE and BENOIT GARRIVIER in 2021 was defined instigated by AP with the sales pitch to the two owners giving them cash to develop there ideas and enhanced by APs mining contacts.
IMHO, I do not think TotalEnergies are intrested in Chariot they have no USP, none of there "pillars" are developed or proven to be viable either commercially or operationally.
They are in desperate need of a single success, but they need more than one to sustain the company.
I belive their credibility is, as the share price reflects, in tatters.
Let's hope we do have a buyer who has the inside info.
