Hi Steve, you are right I should have referred to it as a “general meeting” rather than an “AGM”. But my point still stands as I think the meeting is being called to approve issue/allotment of shares, which could be part of one of the planned projects transactions. No idea tbh

Could it be they are waiting to get the AGM out of the way first?

This sort of meeting is called usually where shareholder approval is needed I.e issue more shares.

You should receive a note from your broker asking you to vote on resolutions to be tabled

They seem to have gone very quiet on mambare at the moment and it’s all about the REM.
