RE: 99% of CRCL investors lose 99% of their investment1 Dec 2022 12:03
Saw the below posted over on the ADVFN Chat summing up recent financials and it doesn't make for pleasant reading. Wish that the likes of StockBox Media etc would ask them direct questions about as much when they interview them.
"Corcel has a market capitalisation of £1.74 million.
The total remuneration for directors last year was £496,000.
That's £496,000 of shareholder funds that was appropriated last year to pay the likes of Scottie and Parsons. Parsons, an Executive Chairman, who "dedicates" two day a week to the company or 104 days a year for £192,000. Nearly £2,000 a day. A reward for share price decimation from 3.25p to 0.3p in 3 years.
Scottie and Parsons, £35,000+ remuneration per month between them, now want out of FGS because they see a "recession" looming. No peer in FGS is liquidating. Not even MAST. Were Corcel ever in FGS? Where's Southport or Burwell or Altana? Where's the huge pipeline of opportunities in FGS that were being kept secret until they were nearer development? Have shareholders been misinformed? And for what purpose?
Any value in this company is fast disappearing. Can anyone guess to who?"
