Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Have to say halfshell that has to be fond of the month!!! Not one AFC member has liked it so how you found that is beyond me…well done
Fantastic find halfshell and that more than anything else explains the delay in an RNS about it. Clearly a delay as those pics were last week and still need furniture plus equipment in the hanger before they can advertise it as completed. Wonder what the delay was caused by
Of course she didn’t
Lol anything to keep us distracted from other work. 420k from me.
It’s really limiting the bits and sells this morning, barely anything bought or sold. All the LTH refusing to sell but lack of news stopping people buying. 5% spread will stop people day trading it too.
Another huge buy in UT. Must be 5 or 6 working days in a row. Someone is loading up!!
Is the May presentation by AB on YouTube anywhere? I was in the school run so only saw the first half. Wouldn’t mind watching it in full if it’s available
Looks like there will be two new venues for EXE this year as they have cancelled Brazil and Argentina for the Season 1 events due to Covid. Wonder where they will go
Agreed too. I think Haggis needs to write one of his special emails and get the company to look into why PR is hiding information that can be used as great exposure. No matter who your target market are, everyone wants to have the ‘I keep hearing their name’ in peoples minds.
It’s not for over two months, if restrictions aren’t lifted 21st June, isn’t it reviewed again 5 weeks later? Good point though, must be very frustrating for organisers
Looks like ITM have had some decent results up to 4/21 in their RNS today. Hopefully that will help the UK H2 sector whilst we await news
AB doesn’t stand for Adam Bond doesn’t it lol. In all seriousness good post and what a lot of people need to be reminded...including myself sometimes
I too am patient but I don’t think anyone here can say they aren’t slightly frustrated that we have heard nothing about the factory being finished. I would even take a thumbs up
All the UK stocks are pretty level over the last month, hopefully we will start following the US trend soon
Just a question that I have always wondered. So late trades are required to be a minimum of 6x bigger than average trade for that share buy/sell. What is AFC’s average buy/sell? Is there any way to find out as MM’s must know. Not an SP question but would just be interested to know what the average buy is
I think it’s more likely they want it finished then PR pictures etc and everyone trained up in the factory and will announce literally as soon as they start production followed (hopefully) by an RNS of the first order
I would only think they would do that if they had an order imminent in the next week as they will know questions will start to raise with no news as to why the factory is delayed. If they weren’t going to announce until an order and an order is two months away you would think that they would not mention last month that it should be finished end of May, rather that it is ‘almost completed’
I am very surprised there hasn’t been anything, not even a linkedin post about the assembling unit. I would of thought it must be finished by now as it was less than a month ago AB said it would be ready end of May, so must of been close to completion. It’s orders that will get the SP up but it will be nice to hear it’s fully operational. Or less I have missed something in regards to a small delay
I would think we will see something about the new site next week. It was less than a month ago it was due to be finished end of May so can’t think it can be much more than a week behind
