The problem here is the capital structure in particular the warrants and massive convertible loan. As per the prospectus the loan is convertible at 8p so it's conversion will not be at a discount to the share price. Must admit don't know what is happening with it.

Like I3E the vultures will be watching this getting ready with a cheeky offer. It's a real cash cow and becoming a massive bargain.

I see they keep on lowering the price to panic people into selling or trigger stop losses. Well I'm not selling. In fact I'm buying, but sadly my pockets are not deep enough to influence the share price.

Edwood. Some people agree the capital structure here is dreadful for a recently listed company and the balance sheet clearly shows a net liability position of several million. The convertible loan is a major issue especially if the market price goes below the conversion price of 8p. It's all in the prospectus.

I think the creditors disclosure of the previous stats also mentions that a loan has the option to convert at 8p. I think this is mentioned in the 22 stats. I need to check but at some point this loan will need to be paid off or converted to equity. The balance sheet is dire.

The issuing of warrants is nothing whatsoever to do with the company's operations. It is an individual warrant holder making a choice?

Technically there is enough cash for the drill but at some point funds are needed to pay the massive unknown creditors or they will need to be converted into equity.

The Board are being economic with the truth and I for one am very angry at this.
