Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
It's the concern about the financing bringing this down. It's ok talking to banks etc but that does not guarantee an advancement will be made. Money is tight and MKA does thing by the book and right but that means the project is moving at a snails pace. I am holding but I understand why people are selling.
The RNS promised the financial statements this week. Let's see if they deliver tomorrow which will be a day late as no extension appears to have been applied for. Hopefully some good news about to land. :(
Things were different last year We are now in a terrible bear market. Unless management realise this and deliver the BFS on time, the share price drift has a lot further to go. It is absolutely critical that they stick to their own heavily delayed deadlines or fully update the market by RNS.
Final results for 2021 should be out tomorrow. Be very careful. There could be a suspension as well. I am convinced there is a plan to take this private on the cheap and I fear it is about to happen.
Nearly a month since bad news and not a word on financing. Working capital could be in a dire position and after DDDD's collapse I am wondering if it's lights out here or a very heavily discounted placement. Management have a lot to answer for.
Read this attachment paras 20 and 21 and understand that Mkango does not have the resources to comply with the two month deadline if their samples show a commercial discovery. All go on the REE discovery instead which looks extremely positive.

For £250m a big gun could buy us out and fast track the ramp up to full production.
Oil giants like Total Energy are going green. Management have not been proactive enough and are likely to pay the price.
Regardless if any fund raise it looks a strong buy at this price.
That's me out. The company has put themselves in a very weak negotiating position for finance and I don't intend to stay for the outcome. Poor management
Why sit on hands when the MM's want this to retrace. I sold out on the opening bell yesterday and will buy back in when I think this has bottomed. With all these placing shares and warrants this is a traders delight to rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat. Money to be made here from trading.
It's not just here. Cash being moved out of AIM due to global issues fearing a mammoth crash. This will move up but at the last minute and then possibly any gains will recede slowly away. Nothing is wrong here, it's the bigger picture and to be honest I am hoping for some kind of decent buy out.
