I've come to the conclusion you need to trade this share to make money. When the volume of trades and bulletin board postings decreases you need to sell. Buy back when it looks like its bottomed. It worked for me this time around.

if the board have told investors they do not need to vote when in fact they do, it may be possible to legally challenge the outcome and make the company arrange a revote. that would **** them off a little.

They aee just too tight and are failing to reflect market conditions.

If the institutions know what is going on and they are buying shares, thats clear insider dealing and the fund managers should face a couple of years at His Majesties Pleasure.

Quite a few going through after hours

One point I have is that the Board obtained the agreement of certain shareholders to vote for the takeover before the RNS announcing the deal was released. Stinks of insider dealing and surely against regulations. FCA would be interested.

Fum did a similar move a few years back walking the shares down to 8p and doing a big placement. They bounced big and are now in the 40's. This looks a great time to buy in or add as I see a bag or two this year or next.

So it looks to me they just lost the vote and are considering what to do. Nice positoon for PI's as it looks to me like they need to up the stakes and soon.

Looks to me like forward selling of placement shares. I hope I am wrong as there are big placement discounts going on atm. Placing price could be sub 4p or less. Ouch

If you are correct then PANR is not yet commercial and I will follow your kind advice and avoid PANR as its MCAP is way too high and it has fooloshly taken on debt.

One minor omission. Talaxis had an option to pay for the mine and give us a free carry. Now the mine financing depends on other sources.

I loved this share a few years ago. Loads of cash and a great route to production. Shame how times have changed.
