The warrants not only provide finance for the company but a great trading opportunity for those willing to risk it.

I don't know what is going on here but I've been investing for years and don't like what I see. I got out at 8p with a loss as the interim accounts showed massive unexplained admin costs probably spent on reports that accounted for a large chunks of the drill costs. Money is tight.

Also I can't see anyone buying into a placement here until all those warrants have been exercised. It's an absolute shambles.

They may struggle to raise at the moment. Best to sit on the sidelines and see what happens. PPP failed to raise and PREM is on a knife edge. 🫣

I thought there was a convertible loan mentioned in the Prospectus. Please take time to check and correct me. It may come from the Directors. Thanks

Wise directors would have held back sending the report to DERMIS until they got the drill permit. They should have known what would have happened. Also I think you will find there aint much cash left and what there is could be demanded by the creditors.

5.66p to buy. Going to drop the bid again soon. Management has really messed up here both in timings, disclosure and balance sheet structure. They will find it hard to raise. We will either see a massive discount with warrants or death spiral financing. Either option a disaster for shareholders.

As regards their statement previous drills have discovered good flow rates for Helium and Hydrogen, how do they know this? Was an historic flow test ever conducted or indeed were the gas findings analysed at all? Likely to be nitrogen like HEX.

I don't think I have seen a newly listed company with such a bad balance sheet and capital structure.

Remember Santa the warrants will be exercised and cash is running out.

Management appear to be misleading the market. At the Nov site visit there was no way they would drill before the year end. Yet management insisted they were on track.

Treat this as a lesson. Write off your loss and start making some real money.

Good luck to you. I'm holding cash ATM. The economy is awaiting key data this week. If bad and they can't lower the gilt yield then the entire market may be substantially lower. I will be buying but not here again.

Agreed. I also failed to spot the warrants and convertible loan. The company is technically insolvent and most of the IPO money appears to have gone on reports and unknown admin expenses. Audit sign off will be fun. 🫣

I wonder if the delay excuse is a load of baloney. Do they really need to submit a revised report and site visit or are they delaying to raise funds. Traders won't wait three days yet alone three months. One to avoid.
