it's been a long road to get where we are and even now it's hard to see the end in sight. In truth, we've seen almost every price from £1 at 8pm on "manic Monday" right up to well over £2 as the excitement ramped up and back down to 80p after the initial vaccine approvals.

What has never changed is this is pretty much binary....either we get approvals and orders which will lead to a re-rate and possible Big Pharma deal or we don't and the SP will significantly decline to reflect a drug R&D company with potential for COPD and perhaps other future respiratory diseases

Binary however does not always imply a 50/50 chance and that's why I continue to hold and wait and believe!

Why does anyone on here still waste their time posting about the UK Government and its hapless scientific advisors who, don't forget, have presided over possibly the worst record of any country on the planet and yet continue to preach to us from their pulpit of failure and shambolic advice as though they actually know what they are doing!

There is not a hope in hell that SNG will be supported by them, their agenda and bias is clear and Synairgen doesn't have an invite to the party. In Valance' world there is only Oxford and AZN or whatever BJ and Han## repeated from Trump

Clearly I hope I'm wrong as I have £15k at risk but I like a mix of low and higher risk invesrments in my portfolio to try and maximise returns and this was by far my riskiest

Personally I have now written off my holdings as this smells very bad to me, been concerned that SYME was "dodgy" (maybe not intentionally) for a while and went against my usual rule of investing in good management and products or services I fully understand!

Whatever happens, I never blame anyone but myself for losses

Absolutely no guarantee of success in P3 or any of the other discussions.... of course I hope and believe there is very good upside here but think £20-£50 is just dreaming

I'd love to be proved wrong but at the moment the market is, on balance, betting against us (at least since the placing)

I'm holding to see this all play out but £5-£8 I think much more realistic

So the DT either knows that P3 trial will fail (clearly they can't know that!) or they are taking a 50/50 punt that it will which I suppose is one way to invest but I'd rather stick with the weight of evidence and overall potential

I would have less of a problem if they just said look, we're nearly 100% up and our trading policy is to take profit but to suggest no revenues and no trial results is utterly ridiculous

Sadly it seems that they carry more weight as most people don't do any real research. Let's hope that clown HanC doesn't read it as he'll probably take it as further justification for his failure to support therapeutics properly :)

But surely Radium that would damage the trial integrity?! Doesn't really matter though as a sample size of 1 isn't much use either way..... the most important point is that a young mum is back home and hopefully on the way to a full recovery
