James, I honestly do. I am out, my decision, and why would I want other people to fail? I don’t want that, it won’t change my situation, so I really do want you to be right. Bline, it is a massive hit but the money has gone. So, is it worth having £500 or letting it run on what I believe is now a dead duck. Normally I would have let it run, but all my research says it is dead (otherwise I would have thought about buying more to try and make up the loss. The price today at 5p reflects, in my opinion, more than the shares are worth. Sometimes you just have to take the hot and move on, I don’t think this is worth having 500 notes in. Purely my opinion, and no rude comments from the rampers with other agendas needed. Good luck with your investment, I hope you are right

Shazabo, good question. I have written it off for sometime now and been thinking about selling but it hasn’t been a high priority as my £27k investment is now worth £500. I have just sold for £496.44, not one of the best investments I have made (mainly due to COVID and the company taking on too much debt with acquisitions at the wrong time). I am out, and do hope that it works out for you and the other investors, I really do as I have no axe to grind. However I do feel that some are over ramping which I think is really bad form for novice investors as a takeover, in my opinion, won’t happen. Good luck, Chris

What rubbish. The debt then creditors get paid, given the value of the assets it is highly likely shareholders will be wiped out. Do the maths. I am selling what’s left of a large investment today. Those ramping sound the same as the rampers prior to the demise of Debenhams. Takeover is not happening imho

Always be sold above the 0.3p share offer price as institutions get their money back and have a free ride with the warrants. Until massive news this will always be the case in my view

Any purchases around .3 seem always to attract a sale. Personally I think the placing II’s want to get out without a loss at .3, holding the warrants for any profit. Will need some really good news to get us out of the current holding pattern just below 0.3. We are due an update possibly before month end on the smelter, although not sure this alone will shift SP. Long wait, just praying it is worth it and pays off. Good to see large spread bet assuming it wasn’t a short!!

Selling Amerisur off cheap? A couple of months after they sold it the oil price plummeted and the company would have been almost worthless (I was an Amerisur shareholder for many years so do know!). PI’s thought they could run it better than the board! I attended the AGM and EGM and spoke with the Board 1 to 1 and was happy with the sale even before the oil price tanked. I think John with his shareholding joining the board of Iron cannot be a bad thing

Unfortunately any SP recovery could be slow and held back as a lot of shares were issued at 0.3 and many of those “investors” are probably looking for an exit when in profit. Long term for rewards in my view

Align say 1st August in their release, but company have not yet advised shareholders, again poor comms. I for one intend to go to AGM, even if they continue to hold in Wales rather than London.

Well, we now have two possible financing deals to take us into production. With the GC funding we will have a market cap of around 10m after dilution, with (supposedly!!) a smelter worth up to £30m!! We have a contract with Glencore for the offtake and we should be up and running within 12 months. The question is the size of the prize, and what the market cap should be if we ever reach full potential. Having read the offer it seems that Align and their friends will certainly do well out of it! Having said that, all based around 1p (warrants and raise), so they are confident that it will make the 1p level which is a lot better than where we currently are. So my current view is that the Align model is better than the constant non delivery and shareholder value erosion, so I will currently be backing Align (unless the board come up with a real, viable counter proposal and not Grosvenor pie in the sky!). GLA
