To the end of the rainy season and it has been a particularly heavy one this year. Ground will dry very quickly, just the flood and overflowing rivers causing more destruction than normal. Very sad for locals who live in poor conditions at the best of times. Don’t think it will affect our operations as I am not expecting any ramp up till February onwards. Only issue might be transport links to the site, I haven’t heard or seen anything on this aspect.

Har, I wish! This seems a very tight ship. I do often visit SA and have family there who are keeping an eye on this. Also from my own experience, reading between the lines, extensive research and Turner Pope briefings. I believe I am probably 80% plus correct on this. Remember D’mang have invested a lot into this and will be wanting to utilise their machinery to produce ore and DMS as quickly as possible once they have got the calibration correct, which should be around now. They then need to find buyers, and the last RNS showed how quickly we are moving towards trials and then contracts. The market in SA for ore and magnetite is strong, so I expect them to really push ahead from the mid/ end of January. With a large shareholding I am really excited at the opportunity they now have and the last RNS showed how serious they are in really getting this going

Marc, you do talk a lot of rubbish. From what I have heard the accounts are hoping to be completed by month end, although might slip into first couple of weeks of Feb. No big deal, and there are no big problems just a bit of admin. Business is continuing and the suspension has absolutely no impact on this. I expect news with accounts (there is no need or point in issuing earlier whilst we are suspended!) and a fund raise is currently highly unlikely with small amounts of cash starting to arrive

Bump, that’s standard wording when a company is suspended in this manner, so I wouldn’t read too much into it. It is only 3 weeks to the end of the month and a long as they keep to their timescales I wouldn’t expect any update to come with the accounts unless there is something major. Personally I am happy to wait till then, and just hope that they don’t continue suspension into Feb.

Yes, I also did a 10m share purchase pre suspension today. Very happy to lock it away until end of January by which time accounts and more news should both be forthcoming and hopefully the start of the restating when suspension is lifted🤞🤞

Marc, you said a placing was soon on the 7th Nov, you do like to rattle cages with Iron, never anything positive to say when I read back your history. Truth is accounts are delayed a few weeks (like last year), which is poor but not a game changer in any shape or form. Cash is going to start flowing in early in 2026, and deals are being agreed. They take time and Demang only started on site end of Nov so give them a few weeks to agree concrete deals man, they don’t happen overnight. Delayed accounts change nothing about the fundamentals, the business is moving forward and will soon be cashflow positive. And at the moment there is no sign of a fund raise and I would be surprised if there was. Anything positive to say for a change?

Hi LT, I believe we will get an update next week and accounts will be by end of month. Economic production won’t be until Q1, with contracts, testing of operations, fine tuning etc all happening this month. I have bought another 10m this morning (last trade that shows as a sale but was my buy). I am hoping for real fireworks in Q2 2026 but a gradual rerate from next week 🤞🤞

As things have now started to progress and we are producing magnetite, I am expecting news by mid December and accounts anytime between now and 31st December. There will be a settling in stage as we get the processes right before ramping up production and output, but all appears to be progressing and Q1 next year should start to really see us getting a return on our investment. It’s been a long wait for some of us, but there is a lot of light at the end of the tunnel IMHO

Hi, have no dates on the info, got it from ChatGPT. However I was just showing that my theory holds up re TPI selling. 10% turnover is 5% sales and includes transfers, moving shares to ISAs and some other mm transfers. However, you are right, I am hoping most sellers have done so and a few holders are left at TPI, although each day more sales seem to appear. We would need to get the daily share registers to see the movement and I am not bothered to do so as I know what is happening and hope I k ow what will happen!! GLA

HChris, from the info I can get hold of TPI seems to have gone from around 25% to just over 13%. I don’t know the dates of these figures so they are not totally robust. It shows they have pushed at least around £1m into the market. The break even is .036 so they are still selling at a profit at these levels, although hopefully it will start to dry up soon! The idea of a capitalisation is a good one although probably when the SP is on a stronger footing with known figures etc. Anyone got any more info?

HChris, the problem is the massive placing overhang where TP shareholders are still selling into any rise and the lack of new investors (XC is right about publicity although this might ramp up once production figures start coming). Also an AIM share worth less than a penny is not for Institutional investors, so we are relying on PI’s. Those in the know like us have put most of our cash in this including the pennies behind the sofa! It will come very good IMHO but we will have to wait until cash is flowing

What a good, solid, straight and factful RNS, no spin or silly ramping. If carlsberg did RNS’s!!! So we are on target to start production next week, everything is being aligned as quickly as possible whilst being done correctly. Teams are totally aligned, and if there are any issues they will tackle them together and with speed. Within weeks we should have a good throughput and by Q2 I expect full production (if not before). By my sums we will soon be on a P/E of 2.5, which means every two and a half years we could buy back the whole company at the current SP (LT I know your figures are a lot better than mine!). So money will flow when people wake up and smell the magnetite. Also a share capitalisation should be on the cards once we are producing. Looking good IMHO and of course DYO research

So I have topped up again this morning as starting to get to the level that TP investors shouldn’t be selling! My belief is that mining should be starting either this week or early next week, subject to weather as it is the rainy season and the equipment is heavy stuff! The. Hoping for steady progress through to 2026 when things should really ramp up and be at full production early Q2. If our sums are right this should produce healthy returns and a strong re rating of the shares. Iron have stated that they expect to give more regular updates once things are in action and proven to be happening (nice change from the old regime!) so I would hope to hear a progress update within the next two weeks. Starting to come together and looking really exciting from where I sit. Views??

I agree, and the lack of numbers has not brought new investors in who are sitting on the sidelines. So we have low volume with a drip drip of selling from the last placement, which was a massive one. As LT has said before, information should start being released by the company on a more regular basis once mining starts this month. I also believe that break even and move to profitability will be in Q1.

If anyone is able to share the TP note it would be much appreciated

HChris, just speculation but I do feel the sells are Turner Popepeople seeing the price increase and getting out just below 50% up. When I last looked at the share register I think Turner Pope were holding around 24% (from memory) and these are with PI’s so not surprising some would sell into upturns. Volume not massive so I am not worried and still think k a raise shouldn’t be necessary, depending on how quickly mining can be turned into cash, remembering than DMS will delay cash flow for increased final revenue

Price once again being dragged back by the placing investors taking their profits, very frustrating but hopefully long term holders will reap the benefits of all the great work going on
