RE: Home builders liable for cladding repairs10 Jan 2022 15:52
I can see a future cladding repairs deal being struck... between the Government/Developers/Cladding manufactures and The National Lottery. So do buys these good chappies as they go down for a little while.
But best not to be greedy! Profit from 8 quid will be more than enough to refurbish the yacht and give the skipper a little retaining bonus! And top up the toy girl's gilt card. Lol.
Looks like maybe the builders have almost fixed the dry rot in the 651 floor. Starting to show a little bit of profit on yesterday's buy. Hope I haven't spoken too soon... But still a long way to 8 quid for the bigger part of my investment. Still, the interest on that far off day will be a lot higher than if it were lying rotting in a bank: 12% compared to nothing.
Think we've got one - just tossed a coin to confirm it! lol Have a 'buy' pre set at 8quid. That shows you how much confidence I've got in Barret's foundations - excuse the pun!
Patiently awaiting one! Trouble is, when I think I've found one, down further she goes! End of the day, it will eventually go back up and we will ALL make profit... if we don't sell our Paper Loss!
If you sell at 8am tomorrow you will not get the divi of 21.90p per share held. You have up until close of day today to buy for the dividend. So... scam down the back of your sofa - raid your kids/grand kids piggy banks - beg, borrow or steal - to buy these shares to day ).
