Before 7am: It’s nearly 7am, the RNS could be minutes away!
7am: [Bit disappointed] Ok, so it’s not here now. But it could still arrive before 8!
8am: Ok, so that probably wasn’t very likely. But intraday is definitely possible. Likely in fact, yup, it’ll possibly be today!!
4.30pm: Hmm, ok. Not intraday. But after hours would make sense. Keep an eye out for an alert! It could still be today!
6.30pm: Ah well, another day goes by. Not long until 7am!
Sleep and repeat.
Stay patient all. :)
The calm before the storm!
Hopefully.
It closed at 134 on Wednesday. No news. Didn't drop.
It closed at 133 on Thursday. No news. Didn't drop.
It might close around 135 today. If no news (a big if)... why is it going to drop exactly?
Grr... I said "about 11.45", but it was 11.47. Does that count? Close enough?
Ok, so it wasn't the most difficult thing to predict! Still, as I'm on a roll, I'll say sale RNS tomorrow at 7am. ;)

Astronomers Just Found The Ancient Cosmic Event That Gave Earth Gold And Platinum
A violent collision between two neutron stars 4.6 billion years ago showered the as-yet-unformed Solar System with heavy elements, new research has found.
As much as 0.3 percent of Earth's gold, platinum and uranium (along with other heavy elements) could have been forged in the fire of a merger 1,000 light-years away, when the Solar System was little more than a cloud of gas and dust, and around the time that Eurasia Mining began their FSP.

(P.S. I am only joking and no EUA criticism intended. It will take as long as it takes and I'm happy to hold and wait for the outcome!)
I believe someone asked but did not receive a reply.
I think the general consensus was that the meeting on the 5th was probably not about EUA, as NN responded with a reason for the meeting that didn't fit (sorry, I can't remember what that reply was).
However "About the company's transaction" could be generic wording they use whenever they're discussing a transaction that they don't want to publicly specify, so this meeting could be about a different one.
I think the fairest answer is that it's possible, but far from certain. It could be any number of things, but... it's possible!
Yes, NN board meeting today "about the company's transaction", or words to that effect. https://e-disclosure.ru/portal/event.aspx?EventId=BUbSgmTcZk634osxYIrKug-B-B
Yeah, about time you saw some return on those 2.7p shares now worth 29p, isn't it? Come on EUA, pull yer fingers out!
Geordie_Ben - you won’t miss out. It will go up to a very high percentage of the sale price and stay around that level. There will be plenty of buyers willing to buy (to get the remaining percentage of the sale price) so the SP won’t plummet again.
I had to sell 10,000 shares yesterday to free up some cash, so this is guaranteed to take off today or tomorrow!
Here is the quote from Phil regarding his sale today (from the other forum):
“ Hi all, I sold 2 mil shares yesterday, RNS shortly. I could have chosen a better day and got the timing right but I was waiting as long as I could, however some financial commitments are pressing... I move house next week, thank you EUA! I may disappear from the 1% club soon as more things are coming up but I have no regrets even though I’m giving away shares that will be worth so much more soon. I’m happy with what EUA has made me rather than thinking what more I could gain. I still have 29mil shares and the vast majority of those will stay for the rest of the ride. I’ve been here for years so another few days weeks or even a few months won’t matter. Good luck everyone holding and let’s hope we get the long awaited sale news very soon.”
He added:
“ I think the sale will be spectacular so I'm holding as many as possible for that. I of course know no more than anyone else here. Good luck!”
Hopefully that will reassure anyone who saw the 8.3 as a negative.
To clarify, 90% was just an off the cuff remark as an example, not a prediction.
That said, CWD is currently at 210p when they received a *potential* (important to note that of course) offer of 250p, which is 84%.
As I say though, my point was more about there still being plenty of buying demand, even while many others sell, rather than any specific numbers.
If the SP goes to, say, 90% of the offer price then yes, lots of people would sell. However, plenty more people/companies would be willing to buy in order to gain the essentially guaranteed 10%. So yes, lots of people would sell, but there wouldn't be a very large drop.
Ultimately it’s up to you of course Mincho, and depends on your appetite for risk, but are you currently saying that if EUA release bad news tomorrow (causing the SP to drop substantially), you’ll be unable to buy your house?
I’m over exposed here, but (to me - given my own appetite for risk) that’s another level!
As much as we’re all positive about EUA, a strong argument could be made for cashing out now, removing the risk and securing your “dream” home.
That said, I’m taking a risk here too, so I do understand the desire to stay in as long as possible. Personally though, that’s as far as I’d go. Wait as long as you can, hope it works out, and if not, take the money and make sure you have your own home to live in. Sacrificing or delaying (which itself risks sacrificing!) that home in the hope of EUA selling for a huge sum is a risk too far in my opinion.
As much as missing out on EUA would hurt, there will always be missed opportunities in the market when you have your cash tied up in property. For instance, I bet you have your eye on some other shares too? Maybe they’ll do well next year, once you have no money to invest as it’s all in the house. If so, you’ll have to accept that, and maybe EUA is the same.
Hold but be sensible about it, keeping the house as the priority, I reckon.
But, your call.
If you mean the Emmco one - no, it isn’t.
In other words, RNS nailed on for Thursday 7am!! ;)
I’ve had some unexpected costs come up that mean I need to reduce my holding by about a fifth on Wednesday latest to have the funds by the end of the week... So if the mega RNS could land by Wednesday latest, that would be very much appreciated!
