You maybe spinning that one incorrectly, the new director just bought in the recent placing, and the other two in the recent fund raise.

So why would three directors buy, if a devasting placing was coming, where they would get way more stock for their money?

I can understand you feeling negative about that pupsterdad.

We have all had it on other shares, it is annoying to think you could have been picking up 10 x the amount of shares now, for the same amount you invested back then. And always negative to have to sit looking, at those paper losses on your account.

Hopefully the rise will continue, and result in a full reversal into a Bullish trend.. Then maybe you can recoup those losses, if Investors Chronicle are correct with their 22p forecast, then you should be OK, albeit 22p seems a long way away just now.

A quick answer to give both the bullish and bearish points of view is below, i will try provide more info in other posts.

The Bears say (whilst secretly trading Tern - but lets gloss over that for now)

That no value will emerge from three investee companies DA, Talking medcines, and FundamentalVR. They say they will go the same way, as the two that have fallen already Wyld & Konetico. They say the management are just taking high wages and low value dilutive placing, will continue to raise money for management wages. They say the chart has fallen to here because TERN companies and management are crap, and that it will continue to fall and de-list. They maybe correct, this is an Aim stock.

The Bulls say that the investee companies have been "brewing", since conception. and that they are at the forefront in their respective areas, and that significant value will now start to emerge from them, either in revenue generation, or a sale of them to another Company. The Bulls also say the stock is way oversold, bear hit, and due a significant rebound if nothing else, and that management taking some shares is a sign of that reversal coming.

I am invested as I like the investees and some of the recognition they are receiving, and I like the bullish chart setup. I am hoping we are at or near the lows, and expecting a significant rebound upwards to come. But people have to make their own minds up, because I could be wrong and the bears could be right.

For any stock :

Buy - any buy is a Bullish act which has a positive effect for that stock and Company

Sell - any sell is a Bearish act which has a negative effect for that stock and Company

Assuming that you are not a shorter, so you are either an investor or a trader, then the intention is to buy lower and sell higher.

If you actions and the words you are positing are misaligned, then you are a dishonest conman, trying to influence others to support your trade.

So if you are talking bearish (trying to influence people to sell) and you are wanting to buy the lower price those sells generate in the short term, then you are a liar and a conman.

On the opposite side, if you are talking bullish (to influence people to buy) so that you cab sell some or all of your stock at the short term higher price, that the others buying will generate, then you are also a liar and a conman, as your words and actions are misaligned.

You are correct there, you are nothing to us all, tbh worse than nothing.

I am not too familiar with gold exploration. But from the image presented, I take it the main feature we are looking at is the white magnetic anomaly, circa 5x2Km in plan view, with the large magnetic lump/spike in the magnetic line profile inset into the image.

The inference seems to be that it is similar to Haveron, Is that the case? is there a similar image from the Haveron arial survey? Sounds like that is now the main target for some more lower cost surface surveys, prior to doing some more expensive land drilling to firm it up as real gold and copper.

Appreciate it is just a magnetic lump on a chart at the moment, but is that what Calum is inferring? That we are hoping it will end up being - another Haveron ? Haveron from my estimates looked to be roughly $30 Billion recoverable resource?

Yes that is good to see, plus the positive approach from the Namibian government, towards Namibian hydrocarbon production in general.

Oil and gas gets a hard time, but it remains a major part of our energy consumption, and will do for a long time, whilst we endevour to transition into cleaner energy sources.

They Namibians understand what the wealth from producing their oil reserves, can do for the Namibian people and the Namibian economy. Unlike some Western governments, the Namibian people and government, will not be blocking the drilling, and production of their oil and gas resources.

Mark99999, I don't know Mannan or you from Adam, but I am happy to see him here invested and bullish on TERN.

Mannan has been in two other shares of mine at the lows (GBP & MSMN), both of which have seen 800% rises alreadt this year. I am hoping that we will see a similar move here on TERN, and I expect Mannan is too.
