I am here to build a position, hoping we are at the lows, I am waiting for a significant turnaround in the share price, If we see lower prices I am ready to add more, if it breaks out to the upside then I have zero intention of selling until higher.

SunkenSailor - My grandad, and his 4 brothers all served right through WW2, they all survived, they were great fun guys, big characters. He was in the Navy, and had been on some ships that were sunk, one bombed and one torpedoed. On one ship he was one of only three that survived out of many, the trauma of the war and the loss of so many friends afftected him deeply, but I think it also pushed him to make sure he lived his life, to live for all those that couldn't. We spent a lot of time with him as kids, he made sure we could all swim well, and took us out riding bikes. He has gone now, but I still think of him with a smile often, especially when I ride bikes.

So I took the name SunkenSailor in the honour and respect of him and all those who stood by him fighting in WW2, protecting our country from the Germans, and their negative intentions.

But anyway, back to the present and you G.Reaper, and your negative intentions here for TERN. They have an effect on mine and other holders investments here - So I ask again why are you here with your negative mantra? What is in it for you? - still no answer from you or YT

YTeeBack Bear posting negative spin here as usual, trying to pass it off as ADVFNs work, but ask yourself, why is YT bothering to post?

It obviously isn't in the interest of TERN, or existing shareholders - I think he is trying to make out, that we should sell, on the basis that we will be able to buy back lower. hmm no thanks YT, each to his own but personally, I think I'll just stick with my shares, hoping that RVR for TERN is a decent bet from here.

Q YT why are you posting on this TERN board negativity all the time? What is in it for you? Why post 1000s of negative posts here on TERN damaging our investments? A. I am YT I am a TERN bear, I make money at holders expense, damaging TERN in the process and holders investments in the process.

I just ask you G.Rees bear (TERNs Grim reaper) - why are you here posting daily with you negative spin, what is your purpose here.

Not had an answer from you yet, you refuse to explain why? Because your purpose is destructive to TERN and holders here, so you cannot be honest.

But we can all see though you now, see that you have an agenda, that you are out to damage TERN, to lower / suppress the TERN share price for 5 years and counting, here daily.

Why else would you and YTeeBack continually write thousands of negative posts here?

He talks negative for 5 years on TERN, and claims it has no effect on your investment - Why would he have bothered to write 1000s of negative posts then?

Just ask yourself why? Only to try and get it lower, to damage your investments value here - what other purpose could there be for them to post here?

They are scared of missing out, scared of getting locked out and forced to buy higher - they have been hoping they can get it down for a lower entry, or to close out a short

Holders and new investors are seeing the potential now in GBP though, and they are either holding their shares or buying more / buying in, locking out the Bears chances of finding a lower price.

The bears desperation, and fear of the rise, is clear for all to see

They have been here for years 1000s of negative posts destroying TERN mcap, convincing holders to sell with there negative bull, to feed there own gains

A To close out my short at a lower price at holders expense, you know I am a TERN Bear, been doing it for years, I want to cause damage TERN, I want to continue to harm your investment, I want to destroy TERN make the SP only ever go down

Instead of listening to G.Rees, the TERN grim reaper, with his eternal negative spin on TERN, think to yourself why are these directors investing more of the personal funds into TERN at 1p

Director buys started this turnaround a year ago from Omar and co.

Then news about farm in talks, Calum Baxter joining and the Juno exploration project

Now we have a sea of blue as the bears fears, of missing the bottom in the teens kicks in, and as investors are realising that the large assets really do have the potential, to drive huge SP upside.

If you start to feel the scared through the nonsense any of the negative Bears spout against Omar or GBP, just think of them like this, and press buy button instead of the sell

Its really strange, and a highly aggressive attack from these GBP bears for a couple of weeks now - just ask yourself why? - they are trying to strike doubt into holders minds, to try and get them to sell here on the cheap, trying to make holders think that they can get away with selling, and there will always be able to back lower!

The volume numbers of buying here though over the past few weeks tells its own story - of a solid turn around in direction. Plus Namibia is the real deal, the reservoirs they have found there are enormous, and the same source rock extends to our block. We have drill ready targets with the technical work done on 3d seismic, and the farm in operators review of the technical work is complete, now they are just negotiating on the Terms of the deal.

Just a thought, but maybe our bears are invested in aim stocks with higher market cap, which is dangerous. Maybe they are just scared of missing out on a repeat here, of the SP rises that Calum and Omar have been part of in the past. They could be here, trashing GBP trying to get this SP down lower, so they can sell some of their high market cap risky aim stocks, and invest there funds here.

It is really painful process dealing with the bears, but just keep calling them out on their intentions - Overall, as they say all publicity is good publicity. GBP is rising on the radars of many new investors, as investors realise that the RVR is so good - huge assets can drive huge upside in GBPs value, from this tiny mcap.

A big problem both here and on one of my other investments. But it is November tomorrow, so maybe we can expect farm in and drilling news soon!

As if LTH here haven't seen enough over the past few years - Now lots of negative posters have appeared, maybe they are just trying to get people to sell out for their lower entry, or maybe get sellers to help close out their short trades lower - either which way, for sure they are here, damaging holders investments here, trying to de value / cause damage Global Petroleum

Although billions of barrels of oil equates to hundreds of billions of dollars - shorters might well get their fingers burnt

1000s of negative post to devalue Tern over many years, only posting here, destructing value.

He and the other TERN resident bears are, Shorters and they have helped reduce the TERN Value down to here.

Selling is just feeding his short position, so unless you want to pay the Company destructing TERN Bears, keep a tight hold on your TERN shares.

Good question YT what next ?

Surely you Bear Shorters have got a long term game plan in mind, after investing 5 years here playing your part in getting TERN down here to 1p - thousands of negative posts make you Bears a big part of that!

Surely you are not turning around to us now, and telling us that you haven't got a long term game plan ?

So whats next? Just continue to throw out some more negatives regardless and see what happens? or are you gonna get your wallet out and short it down some more? or are you going to close out some shorts take some profit? maybe try find some more sellers to get it down some more for you? Are you just planning not to rest, until you have forced TERN into fully destruction and off the market?

Whats next YT Bear? what are you guys long term plans for TERN?

Are a real problem both here, and on another of my investments, in fact on so many companies across aim.

The whole aim market is so way oversold, so their job is getting harder. Dangerous game though here, trying to short against a 3 billion barrel oil resource, with a £5m M/cap, and an Oil and gas operator interested.

Overall I would think, that Aim stocks trying to hang onto higher market caps, are probably at the most risk of a sustained "Bear shorting team attack" with an aim to destruct their SP.

Thoughts?

Maybe some of those ex LTH might start buying back their shares. As you say Mannan TERN looks attractive at this price.

Hopefully Ex LTH will realise there is only ever, a negative picture presented here, by the resident shorters, G.Rees and YTeeback. Who are just here simply looking for a lower price to close out their shorts

LTH can just call them out for what they are - G.Rees and YTeeback are TERN Bears - always causing damage to TERN, they are here to lower the SP and destruct TERN value in the process - they are here to destroy your investment

You are right there YTeeBack, you have definately been here more than long enough - way too long!

1000s of negative deramping comments from you for years, trying to get LT holders to sell, and put people off buying. Never a balanced view with anything positive for TERN

Allways posting negative for a lower price to close out your short. - you are here daily damaging the company and LTH investments.

It would be nice if the new directors, were to buy some shares in the open market - lets see if they choose to over the coming days

IValue of the prospective oil resource in the Licence) We are going to see SP volatility during the rise as traders, investors, shorters try and make money in their own ways out of it.

But for sure, it is Oil and gas operators that want to make the highest returns from it, and they are definately interested in giant oil resources like this. That is why Totalenegires Venus discovery in Namibia is becoming a key delivery focus for them.

The resource size is similar to the biggest ever UK fields, like Clair. When BP got into financial dificuity after the Macondo environmental well disaster in the Gulf. They sold off a lot of their UK assets but they kept Clair, and are planning a 3rd phase of its development now, Clair South.

Omar could sell this licence as it stands now, for way more than the market cap of the Company - that is what I think he means by plenty of people offering GBP money.
