An Australian, in his late 50's, from Perth with a background in resources who knows Maclachlan and probably others in PRE. Who could he possibly be?

Theo - I'm not being funny but that is rich. You and the other non-equity holding anonymous FUD merchants come on here to deliberately try and sow discontent. That is all you do.
As this board protects your anonymity (for now) you know the risk to you of any future consequences is minimal so there is no limit to your negative postings. Do not therefore be surprised if people rail against every word you say.
Until you come clean and explain what relationship you have had with Maclachlan and your previous interactions with PRE don't expect anything else.

Theo - You follow 50-60 companies very closely. Out of your 204 posts, why are 95% of them about Pensana then? You know Maclachlan and the intracacies of his shareholding. You are an Aussie and you have worked in the resources sector and you don't have any equity in the company. Any sensible person knows your 'story' does not ring true.
I know you are attempting to re-establish some credibility but you'll need to do a lot better than that. The old, show them everything and tell them nothing strategy doesn't cut it.

Theo - If I have got your motivation wrong then why would someone that is probably reasonably senior in their field waste time discussing a company they have no equity in? It makes no sense whatsoever.
It is like me (or anyone) picking a company in my (their) field at random and talking down its prospects. It utterly defies logic and reason.

Theo - This is exactly what I am talking about. You called this forum out for being boring but you and the other downrampers are the sole reason it is boring.
You have no equity in the company but evidently have some connection to the organisation. You have not answered how you know about Maclachlan's shareholdings and everyone is deeply suspicious of your motives.
By my reckoning you are a 55-65 year old Australian (probably from Perth) living in/around London with a background in stockbroking and corporate finance and have worked in the resources space for many years.
Sooner or later your motives will be exposed. I just wonder if it is avarice, malice or envy that drives your behaviour.

The issue really is that everyone that follows this forum knows that you and DP have no equity in the company. Neither of you have stated your actual interest in/connection to the company and your posts have systematically been overwhelmingly negative. In the main you have never predicted a correct outcome yet you continue to downramp the stock.
This is in turn stifles debate. I am sure that all shareholders would welcome the opportunity to debate the positives and negatives of any stock but the problem is they choose not to because if they say anything negative downrampers jump on it and use it to support their position.
So, we have ended up in a deeply polarised stasis where you have the majority (the shareholders) choosing not to debate and the minority (downrampers) shouting from the rooftops how everything will turn bad which in turn is debunked by a few shareholders.
It will be a great deal less boring if you either told us why you are here or you left the forum altogether.

No arguments at this end. Just trying to get clarity on assertions made to qualify the veracity of certain statements. As you know there are plenty of people that, due to the anonymous nature of these boards, post all sorts of nonsense. It is only fair to try to help readers understand what is true and what is basic FUD.

Tony - As it happens both the NEDs were on 3 year contracts which ended at the precise month they departed. I suspect Theo knows that though.

Theo - Please answer my questions.

China - No-one has publicly suggested Theo is Mark Hohnen. I have asked a number of questions as to why Theo opened an account at the exact time he left the company. I have also asked how he has inside information relating to his and Mclachlan's shareholdings.
Both relevant questions and which I'm sure have purely innocent answers.

Let's not get into that again. It's boring and not a good look.

RareEarther - Thanks for the info which I suspect is publicly available. What is not publicly available information is who the beneficiaries are and why there have been no disposals or additions.
I look forward to Theo filling in the gaps and communicating where he gets his information.

Theo - Intriguing. It is just a coincidence you set up your account on LSE at the precise time they were exiting the company then? Thereafter you have systematically downramped the company without supplying a motive.
It might be worthwhile explaining further your relationship with them so we don't get the wrong end of the stick.

Theo - To assert there were only 2 people on the planet who could get a great deal for PRE reveals a high degree of bias. How well do you know Hohnen and Maclachlan?
