I reckon you are probably right. Your accumulator employer continues to benefit from weak retail investors throwing the towel in whilst carefully 'managing' the SP at the 80p mark.
At some point though, your employer will have achieved their goal and there will be even fewer shares held by anyone other than LTI's.
A better question therefore is, when they take the brakes off where will the SP go then?

It's only a phenomenal one off bonus if the shares are worth something at that point. As much as you are desperate to downplay the award, you know as well as everyone on here knows, that in 3 years the shares will be through the roof or worth not much.

Absolutely. My point is, the timing of these awards is very interesting. If Pensana did not have the funding to make the shares worth something, far in excess of 120p in 3 years time, why bother issuing them? And why do it now?

I wonder what triggered these share awards.....
