The simple fact is that putting an agreed deal together is a complex procedure.MQ were appointed on 23 May almost three months,Looking at past mergers and similar deals to what we have here ,it takes that length of time to conclude a transaction.Its 'guess work.and what we can't know is what time will be taken by BG ,however my money is on a successful result in the next couple of weeks..

We could do with a decent RNS to kick some life into this share..Whats that bigger pump doing for e.g...

I agree the maths but I feel the value is low.Perhaps a distressed sale ? Take the entire HH valuation based on your figure?undervalued.?.I would say yes and by a long way.UKOG have a bargain in my view.

There is good and bad news here.Those that are all doom and gloom can take comfort that the placing got away.Art would have had to present a decent case at any price.For me this biggest surprise was that this placing surprised anyone.Going forward ,I believe in the absence of news the SP will fall back on the substantial overhang in shares..probably around .30 But..the investment is essentially the same play with more share involved..Still a multi bag coming ..the NNPC is coming and this will fly.Those under water,hold on..those waiting to go in big..like me..this is a gem.

I believe you are correct...this will drift to the placing price but then bounce back.Matd..is starting it's recovery after a similar process..Find the price you are willing to pay an just sit tight is my view.Im waiting for the placing price and I'm in.

No institutional investor was ever going to go in at .50..Almost no discount.When I posted .35 I got an ear bashing ..that said it's done and out of the way.Why are people shocked..two months money left ..it had to happen unless he was certain of NNPC approval in time. The one thing I would give Art a going over for is not reducing the ridiculous costs associated with running this company..He needed to take action long ago.

This was the most obvious placing that I've seen in years.Ss for those who said it would be at .50..you showed your lack of experience.Many will be feeling unhappy today but this is s good thing..A major obstacle out of the way for investors like myself.I will wait for it to settle and buy in...won't be long before we are back to .50.
