Thank you for your much needed and most welcome posts.I think you have given a robust and accurate account of the recent history and the future .I do have to disagree on one point..You say in respect of the options, Does it matter what the strike price is ?.In my view.Yes it does.Very often, as you will know ,it's as much about how it looks as how it is.Given that we have a much stronger ,profitable and growing company ,why was the strike price set at a lower target?.It concerns me that there is an implication that the previous strike price of 16p and I think 18 p are too tough,this at a time when the volume of traded shares in MMX is as low as I can remember.What is needed is a return of optimism and willingness of PIs to invest in MMX.Its not productive to lower targets and at the same time talk about a bright future.It matters how that looks.I have said in a previous post that I would be happy for a higher number of options to be granted at a higher strike price..that is 17p...What is done is done now and we move on.I certainly agree with your optimism and hope to see PIs buying again soon.My best regards.

As much as I object to where the bar has been set ,It should be made clear that TH and MS are not in control of where it is set.

I consider directors options an important incentivization and it's right that our directors receive them,however,I object to the lowering of the bar to 14p .It may seem a moot point given that we sit at 7p but for me there is a point of principle here. We have just acquired ICM to become a much stronger ,larger and profitable company,and they lower the bar? More importantly,one could also argue that it lowers expectations on what the company is worth,something I strongly object to. I don't want to over state my case because as I have said it's something of a moot point now but, for me this sends out the wrong message .Options ,Yes.14p No.
