I fear your prayers will go unanswered.I like the prospect here but dilution is coming and Nigeria is as slow as it gets when it comes to such approvals.Do we have any kind of indication as to when approval could be received?

I more or less agree with Degsey on this one..The major has been in talks with BPC for at least a year..going through data and reaching some kind of understanding.Its my view that the deal is all but done and that MQ will fine tune the detail..It would seem rather silly to instigate an initial 3 month exclusivity unless it was felt a deal could reasonably be done in that time..No the parties knowing at what stage they were as of 3rd May ,thought it a reasonable time frame..I expect that news will drop towards the end of the month..MQ needing a minimum two months to complete their work...Of course the absolute key factor here is EA..but again I feel this will be in our favour given the talk coming out of BG on the oil industry.

Would be nice to have some .shopping and Law revenue figures in a couple of weeks.Indeed confidence starting to recover,back to 10p soon I feel.

MQ were appointed on 23May It would be exceptional if their work was completed inside two months but I still expect a result inside the first three month period ie 3rd August.
