I wouldn't want a bid that low but a decent offer ,over10 p would be welcome now,for no other reason than to show the market that there is real interest in MMX.Of course such an offer would be rejected .

I expect .luxe to be a good revenue producer with decent numbers too,all contributing to a highly profitable H2 and dividend policy.The accounting adjustment has certainly knocked the stuffing out of confidence but it has cleared the decks of legacy issues.The revenue growth of this business is fantastic and evolving away from one off high premium sales.ie more sustainable in the long term..that has to be good news for dividend hunters like myself.

I'm amazed at how flat the SP is given the positive buzz here.

I always believe in supporting a company valuation where possible.In our case I'd like to see a burst of VIP activity with some additional revenue detail to follow, if in a position to ,director buys,it all helps good sentiment which is much needed right now.

The accounting exercise ,which was necessary ,has understandably masked the impressive trading performance we are experiencing.H2 will further confirm our growing strength .My view is that we will cover costs from renewals alone in a shorter time period than TH has indicated.I expect .luxe to be an above average priced tld and therefore a very strong revenue earner..Bakky,mentioned .law being a waste.I strongly disagree with that.It hasn't done the volume that was indicated but it is a profitable revenue earner with good renewal rates.I recall that it brought in over $1m in its first weeks of release.
I understand the pain investors feel at this time,with over 2m shares I feel it too ,believe me,however ,I have never been more optimistic about the future.

Future accounting periods will now include ICM revenues and that is going to be mighty impressive reading..

Toby is going on Proactive investor.He will flesh out premium one off sales..It's actually a positive readjustment .City anylists don't much like them..The underlying performance of the company is excellent ,clearing the decks of legacy issues will now free us to make the most of our future growth

Q1has performed nicely as we anticipated.The accounting provisions will underline the true profitability of the company ,so I'm pleased that these legacy issues are dealt with.What stands out for me is the fantastic job done by management to achieve operational profitability with this legacy head wind.The future is looking very positive .

Black Thule sands looks.to be a very exciting prospect along with HH..I can't say Welsh gold does anything for me..but there's plenty outside of that o lift the valuation out of these depressed levels..

I understand the need for the half year report... but how many many more RNSs do I have to see without GSA or rig assembly..torture.

I thaught it was just me 're..web cam.I feel a little that I'm being played for a fool with it..groundhog day indeed..Frustrated also that still no GSA..My patience being tested to the max with this share..we deserve a break.

There was a good deal of crypto press coverage at the time of the Etherium RNS.(A link to several articles was posted by someone at the time)I have followed up on contacts I have in the space to further my knowledge and hear only poitive things about luxe..Anyone who has tried to register an Eth.name will know what an absolute joke it is..Sentiment here is as low as I have ever known it .luxe could just be the turning point imho.

In an early post sjl stated that we were probably a $200/$250m co.I believe that is where we are at..To a large extent some of the traditional valuation methods go out the window in a nascent industry ,where there is something of a scramble for space.MMX is a good sized outfit with very attractive tlds;Larger players may take a view that they want the punch that MMX can deliver ,and the cost savings involved in an acquisition..I would just add that the Blockchain initiative has the potential to reset calculations on valuation.
