The indemnity offered was not sufficient. What it boils down to was that they appear to have not produced sufficient paperwork for it to be acceptable 🤔 therefore the parties concerned should have had their house in order prior to this and therefore cannot then go onto assigning blame on eua

Bottom line is the company were in their rights to require a properly executed indemnity which covered properly. In terms of acceptance their articles explain this clearly

Strange that but given the value of the shares it would take over a month to find a counter signatory if indeed one could be found and where this was the case a 30 day cover seems bizarre as they cover for an unlimited period given fraud can occur at anytime...

The point is that an indemnity is given at the discretion of the company such as the articles state...why on earth do you read anything beyond this. Indeed q&m should have brought a case at that point rather than using hindsight....
