Last day to get the dividend was actually today

I am so laid back thse days I forgot what day it is ..lol

Every shareholders dream when you pick a share as an investment

And the Company has enough excess cash to buy back it own shares on top of dividends pay-outs

What's not to like here come on honestly

The Black Horse is a shareholders dream share to hold

Over a Billion shares now bought back to date

And under 25% of the buy back pot spent

Looking good for another 4,000,000,000 deleted and cancelled in 2023

Last day to buy for the 1.6p Dividend tomorrow

Honestly what's not to like here IMHO :-)

So we have about another 3 more months of buy backs

Hopefully stretch it out to mid July time

Higher interest rate is a god send here

We must of bought back nearly 5 Billion shares over the last 12 months and I agree the share price not moved an inch...lol

Just imagine if the previous CEO Antonio had spent the £23 Billions we spent on PPI on Buy Back programmes

Regardless Pension Fund still starting price target of £1 has had this target since May 2009 ;-)

I agree massive luck and timing is everything on the Stock Market

I actually got lucky for a change

I Bought a Annuity ( life time monthly income ) in mid February 2023 ... its was a various mix of sectors I choose, I went to invest in spread between. Property/bonds / UK Stocks and Shares as 17 years ago as my company closed down its final salary pension.

The Pension provider does regular give you predictions on ( what I could get at 55 my choice of retirement date )

I looked back over the years and actually I was quoted nearly double the monthly income they predicted 10 years ago .

Its was mostly down to the FTSE 100 hitting 8000 and interest rates above 4 %

Good news was I choose 40% on the UK FTSE 100 as my high risk portion

I sure most posters on here will be happy for me maybe some upset, but me I am happy as Larry :-)

Could not believe my lucky timing

Watching TV last night

They had a Stock Market Statician who teaches the Stock Markets behaviour to students.

He pointed out a March sell off, was just normal market behaviour from the lows of October, to hitting highs in February that's its a common pattern on a rising Market .

He said we see the the Market start rising in the Spring and through the summer up to September / October time for the next wobble.

And.....

The Dow Jones closes up ;-)

It does appear this year we are hoovering Lloyds Banking Group shares up at a faster rate compared to the 2022 buy back programme ?
