There was a very positive trading update on 10 Dec. So I somehow doubt there'll be another one now. Now we are waiting for a few contract wins to be announced - hinted last month. Also I am hoping our Global company likes 7dig services and renews its contract, and let 7dig tell us who it is. Just a waiting game here. I bought on the spike, so im still in the -40% club. Still believe that it will come good, so holding on. ATB.

You gotta laugh. Its ok for Trump to win by letting Russia rig the voting system. Trump fired/jailed all who tried to find the truth. This time he cried foul Even Before votes were counted. Why? because he knew he had lost many voters.

Dohnuts, that list you posted % turnout, juvenile voters,multiple ballots....etc- more than likely been happening on all elections since god knows when.

Trying to stay positive here. When asked about similar companies.... Paul said 7Digital was the leading company in Music Licensing. Super large portfolio of music, many ways we report to customer how music is used/how often/error reporting.....etc, etc. Multiple revenue streams... Regular Monthly payments, per track usage payments, commission from virtual live concerts... im sure theres more that i havent named!

Jan 2020 RNS stated they expected to be in profit by end of Q2 2020. This has happened - now profitable since Q3 2020, Paul seems to have turned this company around, kept to his word. There has been no negative RNS for a while. Yes there has been a couple of capital raising via share placement to grow the company, but i think we can see where this money went. Lots of companies out there that raise capital just to pay Director/CEO wages only.

7digital financial reports will show us how well the company is doing. Other indicator will be RNS of any major contract. Paul said in the last Q&A that releasing individual contract details will compromise future contracts. Its a lot to go on faith. But I feel Paul is doing his best to turn this company around.

Another pure guess, but i reckon the higher the monthly payments to 7dig are the lower the usage fees will be. This way the big companies have a fixed cost for what they are paying out ,rather than the monthly payments fluctuating. The opposite is probably true for the smaller companies, they more likely want to pay low monthly fees and higher usage fees as they will have low membership to start with. All guess work!!

Hi I think Pauls point was although Triller is a big contract, he does not want 7Dig to be in a position where one contract is the breadwinner. So he wants to diversify - also as i understood it, Triller is a medium sized contract, few 10's of thousands/month. The 2 he is hoping to secure will be more like £50k-£70k per month. Pure guess here, but i would say that the Global company is also in this larger range.

For those who keep asking for figures, please remember - giving these away weakens all negotiating with the big contracts. The monthly payment will be the main income here. Usage payments will likely be very low per track. if you really want to help out, you can always join one of these services and create a 24hr playlist using songs only in 7Dig catalogue and play non stop forever. hahahaha!!

Raleigh, I read this a few days ago and aired my cautions on AOGL board. But was shot down...... please note that if they cannot raise capital for £50m plant then there will be a significant dilution. Obviously, building a plant is a long way away. Also from the £6m raise, this only covers first drill. If I read the document correctly.

Any investors that bought at 2.84 subscription to raise £6m did so with the condition of not being able to sell for 12 months. So todays sells are from other holders.

The rampers....well the ones that can have sold out and waiting for a lower entry point. This might be an exciting company to be in, but it'll be a while before value is realised.

If I'm wrong, then my bad. I must have misunderstood the presentation and shareholder document. I'll put it down to part of a learning curve for me. Not long to wait.

FatherTedFeck, you easily dismiss my guess, but your own guess that production could happen faster is accurate? Reading this board, some people think Attis shares worth 0.0255 so Helium 1 will open at 236 times this is misleading because like i said, Attis shares only make up 15% of Helium 1 share allocation. Loans will need to be paid, so will depend on the terms, however without any income, they will be paid via placing in my opinion. Finally, yes definitely ATB because....why not? I dont think negative about people i dont know.

Bear in mind Attis shares only make up 15% of Helium Ones new shares allocation. There is still about 3 years before production, and there will probably be more drills to be done - which means more capital raising via share placing. Also i can see a farm out happening if a plant needs to built. ATB, still a very exciting company.

Yeah, just MM's getting bored i think. There was some chatter about bytedance IPO last year I believe, but nothing seems to have come from that. Looking a previous RNS, mostly just yearly and half yearly reports.... we can only wait and see how the tiktok saga turns out.

I agree with funds4future. There has been no bad news from company. Recent highs have been pure pump and dump. And a lot of us, including myself, got caught at the peak. CEO has only been in charge for a short amount of time and is projecting the business will be in profit for first time who knows how long. So many Aim companies out there that have regular placing for raising capital.
