Like I said before, no one was more positive than myself. My previous posts are there for you to read. Never once did I moan about the BOD. True there are losses, but was still positive all the way until 2021 H1 results came out. Then I realised all the untruths told by Paul. Its one thing to learn the unexpected, however when you are actually LIED to about how the company is doing....that's another thing completely.

If you look back at my posts, you will see that no one was more positive than myself this time last year. I believed every word Paul told us. Q4 of 2020 was supposed to be cash positive for 7dig, which in turn meant 7dig was going to have positive EBITDA for the full year of 2021.

What Paul seems to do is miss out key words like 'if' and 'might'. So 2021 should have been "IF the team can win lots of contracts THEN we will have a full year of profits in 2021."

He made it look like the current contracts at the start of 2021 was enough for this. But now I seems that all was dependant on more contract wins.

The current SP is the lowest I've seen, so some of you MIGHT make some money on a bounce back. But don't hold your breath waiting for the miracle. As soon as this goes to 0.7, more than likely there will be a dilution to institutions at 0.5.

Yes, I bought 2x small amounts a while back as this share peaked my interest. Both times i bought 'blind' as i wasnt given a buy quote. Traded with ii.

There will be a large dilution when listed on the LSE. Hope that wont affect the share price too much.

Hi, I bought some a few months back. i'm also with ii. just place your order. only problem is it took a few hours to go through and i wasnt given an exact price when i executed the order. but no hefty charges. just normal fee.

Well, looks like Paul has listened to share price concerns, and probably asked the brokers to release what they think the target price should be. Like i said before, the share price is not controlled by CEO's.

Great news!! either this Tech company did 6 months, then went away, found nothing that can match 7Digital's service, or they have been on a monthly rolling contract and have now decided to commit.

Paul wishes he could reveal the companies name - mentioned in end of 2020 interview, but he is unable to as the company wants to remain undisclosed. i'm not gonna keep explaining why figures are not released per contract (have done so a few times in the past) - it all depends on the size of company so each contract is tailor made.

Also those who say Paul does not care about the share price......The movement of this is something out of his control. 7Dig has not posted anything bad for a long time. If CEO's had control of share price, then all companies would be worth billions/trillions...........

Well, I need to stay optimistic that I'll at least breakeven. Everyone has their own way of dealing with the situation......

Looks like the SP has taken a hammering today. 2020 was loss making until Q4, so obviously for the whole year the financials were not going to be great. HOWEVER, they have reduced overheads, implemented new ways to increase revenue. New contracts signed. So 2021 will be profitable.

I have always maintained its the 2021 Half Year results at end of September (another 3 months to go) that will be great. As these will contain revenues from Post Period contracts like Kuaishou, FORME...etc. I think a lot of people here thought Q4 profits would wipe out Q1-Q3 losses and also leave a substantial gain. This company is now on the verge of going from year-on-year loss to actually making money.

The Dilution was very disappointing to myself as well - which crashed the SP. Still gonna keep the faith here. my average is 2.58p, so im in the -50% club atm.

We nearly there. I cannot see any reason for the company to delay the results. As stated before, 7dig became profitable from Q4 2020. So the main thing for me will be a statement saying 'so far all of 2021 the company has been in profit' and even hopefully a 'exceeding expectations' now that would be great!

Since Paul became CEO, 7dig has streamlined the business, reduced overheads, the music catalogue has been increased from about 60m to 80m tracks, lots of new contracts - also contracts have been renewed. 7Dig has been profitable from Q4 2020, new areas of revenue include livestreaming events. The software they use gives all kinds of wonderful stats to the clients. When asked who is the leading company in our field of music licencing, Paul proudly says 7Digital is!

However, there has been no further news on the Global Tech. Did they renew after initial 6 month contract? are they on a rolling 1 month contract? no idea. All i know is that there has no bad news now for at least 18 months - only news of new contracts and renewals.

There was a fund raising done to help increase the music catalogue and possibly to help develop livestreaming platform. We have been told the company is now self sustaining (profitable), so no further dilution in the foreseeable future. Any money needed for the company, can be done by using profits. Any RNS for new/renewed contracts have a monthly income of anything from £10k-£100k. Any contract below this figure does not have an RNS. So there might be other contracts we are not aware of. End of year 2020 financials will be released by end of June like every year. Last year they delayed it to September. But to delay it, they have to submit a request with companies House - I believe, otherwise its suspension.
