Personally, I'd worry if the CFO went unless it was explained very carefully. If he choses to go, it might send a signal to the markets that things are even worse than they look. My guess is that he's been surprised by what he's found since being taken on and that he's now dealing with it. If he's ousted, that would also need careful explaining to my mind as he looks to be the only one that might, just might, have a chance of starting to turn this ship around. For my money Franklin (appointed 2019) and Gilmartin (appointed July 2022) are holding untenable positions. Balan, who seems to have an impeccable record has been in position from April last year. To my mind his tenure co-incides with the SP decline, but I don't mean he's responsible for it, my guess is that he's getting the rubbish out from under the carpet. That will allow a better CM/CEO and management team (directors?) to start to get things back in order.
