I agree, I don't think there will be a voluntary market for retro-fitting filtration to existing machines. Legislation will drive interest and sales. France are ahead of the curve and other countries are playing catch-up. If legislation kicks in in 2027 then machines will be being built as we speak to be legislative compliant.

I am sure the numbers we all want to see are contract sensitive and may compromise ongoing negotiations. Some numbers or estimates would be good though.

A slow morning then a £17K transaction at lunchtime. I suspect it was a buy but the price dipped soon after. Who knows. Some news would be nice, good news!!

I'm going with Miele and LG on nothing more than one is European (Germany) and the other is Asian (South Korea). Pure speculation on my part or wishful thinking.

I suspect that there is an expectation than interest from other machine manufacturers could be released at any time. Bit of FOMO maybe.

Two machines, same detergent, one with Xeros tech' and one without. Series of washes and judge. Pretty sure it has been done. Website shows comparative wear and tear and fading and pilling. No quantifiable metric I can see for cleanliness though.

Seems a long time since I posted about Dr. Imogen Napper's research into the effects of micro-plastics in the oceans. A lot of investigative work was undertaken by the Marine Biology Faculty of the University of Plymouth. Hopefully this research will be highlighted as it identified the Xeros filtration tech' as the best performing filtration system in their bench tests. Old news but worth an airing!!

If its any consolation the lights are still on in Garforth!! Just driven past to make sure. Easy to spin the RNS's either way but however positive I see it, some of the wording will spook some people. The very nature of a suspension, albeit instigated by TRX will make people nervous. That's AIM for you. I will sit tight and watch this play out.
