needless to say - the GGP shares are all in the ISA and have been funded from selling a few SOLG. would be happy to make a nice turn on these now.

i moved 2 lots over a tax year change - was a very good move as they went on to make £300k

i watched my trades go through and they were executed within 2 minutes of each other - so you would have to be very unlucky. I think in value when I moved my SOLG shares I lost less than £100.

very easy, did it 4-5 years back. give them a ring/email, they will point you to the right place. bear in mind the £20k limit applies. my stuff was transferred within a day - but they do have to sell and rebuy the shares (dont panic, you dont get ripped)

no worries. If PRIM had told GGP then GGP would have had to issue an RNS also ( I think ). Also, if PRIM told their mates of what they were up to, or the broker acting on their behalf had told their mates about the buy orders they were processing, then that would become "insider dealing" as they are acting on privileged information. Dont get me wrong, it does go on, but regards this RNS its just required boilerplate.

It is "inside information" as regards PRIM the company as it is deemed market price sensitive, which places restrictions on director/employee dealing if they have knowledge of the material contained in the RNS. Its nothing more than that,

Far less PIs at the AGM, and many more 'suits'. A great deal more geological knowledge was in evidence. Mr Lenigas was indeed present, as was a representative from PRIM who was very knowledgeable. It was encouraging. I'll leave it at that.

there was some weird auction action... 3 blocks of 227k shares on bid, a dump of 135k shares for a low price on ask and loads of £1k blocks on both sides.
