had much the same experience at an american bank - the traders thought they were gods and treated any support staff with contempt.. they sure as hell didnt like it when i answered back! :-)

got me out of bed this morning with a broker phone call.. was almost tempted to change my vote for waking me up!

best thing to do then is email GH and ask - are you looking for permission to issue 750m shares....

all my shares have a "nominal value" of 0.001p too, but that is not what they are worth. they are currently worth 22.5p. This issuing resolution does not mean they are going to place shares at 0.001p - why would you do that!? it would collapse the share price to the placing price - they are seeking (if they choose) to issue £750,000 of shares (maybe at a discount), but certainly not at a placement price of 0.001p. We have had these resolutions before, and its very much the same terminology seen in other companies.

you never hear this said against tech companies with multi-billion valuations with only an app, no customers and no revenue do you!? anyone would think some people were trying to disrupt...
