personally, i am not expecting much from the Newcrest year end. I expect it to be focused on their current operations and financials, and I am not expecting any exploration results. Just past experience of other major partner results. The next batch of exploration results are not far behind anyway. Of course there could always be some left field announcement...

large attachments may also cause bounce even if the address is correct - some are limited to 1M, others 5M and some 10M..
there may be a reason written in the bounce email.

its pretty funny really - use UK company/exchange rules to call the meeting to moan about the performance of the TSX reporting and listing... I particularly like the fact that Irwin is complaining that they didn't get shares and this is not in the interest of all shareholders, while being perfectly prepared to throw SOLG PIs under the bus to get his way. Lets face it, what is HIS plan for SOLG? - dilute everyone out as long as he gets his? whats his exploration plan? whats his plan to increase shareholder value? whats his plan to raise development costs? He seems rather reticent on his big ideas..

I am probably less a fan of his, than he is of Nick.

you're welcome TomE - I remember an ex-boss (who used to snort coke in a bank), telling me that no-one buys/owns gold anymore as its obsolete. Those were the days - 1oz of gold for 250quid back in early 2000s. Guess whos laughing now! :-)
