Potentially Scots. As oil is priced in USD it becomes less expensive for everyone whose currency is not USD. So in theory demand should increase as purchasers receive more oil for less outlay.

Just a guess but maybe the wider market is waiting for the release of the US jobless stats later today (2.30 gmt). Also the EIA release their crude oil inventory at (3.30 gmt). The EIA stats are more robust than the API so if another significant draw is reported. Oil price should spike a bit and hopefully TLW will finish above 36p. All conjecture on my part but hoping.
