500k purchase through at 1300hrs. Wish it was me. Even if I could afford it too scared of the Mrs to risk it.

Significantly more blues than reds today. Hopefully reached the bottom and ready to climb soon. Bought in around 1.38 so hereshoping (pun intended) lol.

Some significant out of ours buys. Hopefully this demonstrates confidence that we have reached the bottom. Looking forward to a bounce back today. Probably eat my words but he ho can always live in hope.

The share seems to have found a pretty stable base level now. Thinking back several weeks the norm was the low 50's. Me and Mrs V been staying at my son's in Northern California since last Thursday. Always suffer from jet lag so been keeping an eye on the market during the night. She reckons I am a sad git - only you boys understand lol. Fly home Monday so hopefully an RNS on Op 8 with good news. My son struggles to find his wallet when the bank of mum and dad are in town so an increase a share spike will be very welcome.

Logic would suggest that the price would have dropped (if it was a true sell). However it was relatively stable. Only a guess but was wondering if it was more about liquidity for the benefit of the MM's. Probably wrong though lol.

Yes very interesting. I seem to remember a couple of big trades going there in October just prior to the share price spike back then. Here's hoping.

Just checked Nigeria Today website and the Avengers appear to have suspended action "giving peace a chance". Action suspended until new year. There should be a bounce until then coupled with more positive RNS. Buying first thing Monday. O how I hate you brave boys who held your nerve lol

Mix of emotions sold out and made a reasonable profit. Logic says I made the right call. However. I might and probably will end up with egg on my face. The plan is to wait and watch. I regularly check Nigeria Today for updates on the rebels situation. The sky is the limit with Eland unfortunately nothing is for nothing. Looking to buy back in if the shit hits the fan or they skyrocket.

Sold out earlier in the year after the election. Lost patience with this share. Hopefully after continued traunches of good news the market will eventually wake up to it's potential. Second time lucky. Not quite beginners luck but hopefully my hunch will be correct and we'll all make a few quid GLA.

Elland I hope it works out for you buddy. But to quote Luck the Sword of Damocles is hanging over this share. As Mrs V often says to me " Stuart you talk shite". But I honestly think this share will be depressed for a while. Longish term it will recover and fly. If and when the Delta Avengers act they will hold the Nigerian government to book. Their revenue stream will dry up and they will have to compromise. Maybe it is best to sell now and buy back in when it bottoms. Having said that if if goes back up tommorow Mr ****in know it all might top himself lol

Loads of resources, easy to access but unfortunately certain individuals want to blow the whole lot up. Surely the Nigerian government could reach a compromise. Money talks and they will in the long term. Sold my holding gonna watch till it bottoms. By then if terrorist action hasn't destroyed Elands Wells the share will skyrocket. Grrr. I just wanted to bloody hold. Watching and waiting.

Got a clearer head today - Strongbow grr. Went into panic mode when I read the reports coming out of Nigeria. Good point Hughes about the fun with this share. Best feeling in the world when they start climbing. I am hanging in there for now.
