Very unlike ELA over 3 months since the last operational update. In previous years by now they would have concluded a Capital Markets day presentation. In my own little fantasy world it would be nice if someone had put in a takeover offer for the company that was way too big to refuse. Hence the silence. I did say Fantasy ;-)

Got a small holding in PMO (small change) but love this active site for its banter. Totally relaxed about the girations in the share price. Have thought about investing more but it seems to be to actively traded. As soon as it goes up it goes down. Totally undervalued. Absolute shame.

Hopefully a positive update next week, it been a while - here’s hoping. Come on George get typing lol

Come on ELA give us P.I’s an update on Gb. Not heard anything but we usually have a Capital Markets Day Presentation around mid May so hopefully this milton expedite any update. Lots of good news anticipated with Ub drill also scheduled later in the year. Not forgetting to mention Am exploration well in Q3 which will hopefully be a game changer. Good luck everyone.

Maybe I am thick - probably am. But I actually believed today’s results where good. Add to that the buyback it sounds even better. Clearly not the case. Wish i’d worked harder at school. Maybe a falling share price is good. Help I am loosing my marbles.

Hopefully an update tomorrow. News pending re Gb and 2018 financial results (as per RNS quoting on or around March 20th)

Very lack lustre response to today’s great news. Defies logic share price hardly moved. Seen it all before with Eland and just don’t understand. This is s brilliant share and as a long term holder I am sitting on a significant profit. Out of the blue it will breakout. I agree with your prediction H £1.50 by the summer and £2.00 by end of Q4. Waiting for Gb results and exploration success from Amoebe. Onwards and upwards.

Tiburn been with this share for 3 years now. Lost my nerve on a few occasions and sold. Regretted it and bought back in. Loads of doomongers because ELA are based in Nigeria. They have world class reserves. It’s up to you but seriously it’s a brilliant investment. I am sitting on some brilliant gains. Great news about the dividend - icing on the cake.

Agree Hughes 1.50 by the summer. If Amobe delivers 2.00 by Q4.

I have been with ELA for three years now through thick and thin. During that time there have been peaks and troughs in the SP but the direction of travel is up. Lots of doomongers out there about Nigeria. Potential investors are seriously missing a trick with this one. Brilliant assets and quarenteed potential going forward. Well managed company who care about shareholders. Buyback programme ceased and they timed the announcement of the Dividend perfectly. Well done George keep up the good work.

Steve I have only got a small holding in PMO but wise decision. If you hold for the long term you will make money. The oil price will go up and down and the share price will mimic it. Fundamentally PMO have the oil in the ground and there is demand for oil. Short term you may loose but long term you’ll make a good profit. Hold your nerve.

Totally agree. Also looking for a further bounce in April when ELA report full year 2018 results.

With first half 2018 profits reported at $47 m expect to see full year north of $100m. Compared to other oiler’s small number of shares in issue (220 million). With a dividend the SP would really motor let’s say 15p per share would cost ELA £38m ish. Very low debt ratio. Gb and Ub ffd later this year. And of course Amobe exploration well. George has stated company is substantially undervalued (hence buy back). MUNCH your buy in at £1.04 is looking very shrewd to me. Good luck everyone.

Yes a good early Christmas present and two full trading days to capture any share price bounce before everyone starts closing down early on Friday. Here’ hoping.
