My post, titled 'Forecasts' was trying to see what challenges/changes/opportunities have come about since the forecasts, made last Aug to see how any recent challenges/opportunities could affect 1R and the industry....
I hadn't included the old challenges/opportunities like P&G reducing spend, continued shift to digital, continued M&A etc as these were around pre-forecasts.... However, I agree with you that no harm in including those in any discussions on challenges/changes/opportunities, so thanks for those...
You say I 'detailed the negatives'. I only mentioned ads.txt, fee transparency, gdpr, apple/google changes in my post, - I didn't say they are challenges or opportunities...
Are you saying those will have a negative impact on 1R?
"Emergence of Connected TV" - CTV has been around for years, it's not emerging...
In fact, 1R mentioned it 4 yrs but didn't 'seize the opportunity' when CTV was emerging and they had over $120m cash:
"Our goal is to extend the success we have demonstrated on the desktop platform to smartphones, tablets and connected TV, and expand into international markets. "
