Hi Runner, when I said I could not find reference to it I meant specifically 1st April. Had read the RNS.

Forgive me for asking but where did you get the year end results date from as 1st April ? I can find no reference to it on either LSE or Bloomberg.

The default option is for the dividend to be issued in shares. You do have the option of electing to take it in cash. if you select this option they sell your rights and you get the cash minus Spanish withholding tax.

According to Morningstar website prelims are due to be announced 1st April. I hope to god i have got this correct this time.

When I posted the 2 x 100k buys were not there. Both are late posting. The one at 08:00:57 is recorded as a sell on LSE. No matter. Still wondering why if a trading statement is due - as per financial timetable (as per LSE BB) why it has not been published . They normally occur just before market opens or very shortly afterwards.

One due today ? All trades this morning sells . Someone know something I don't ?

SP has a sustained increase since beginning of October. FYE end of December. Excellent news on the horizon ? Even at today's SP div in excess of 5% . Cash in now or wait for results. Decisions , decisions ! GLA

Now got the shares allocated to my account. Any idea how I value them for tax purposes - as at div pay date - as at today's date ? As I do not sit and watch the account all day I have no idea when they were added "for value" so no exact idea at what value they were when I had access to them . Interestingly there doesn't appear to be any trace of the movement on my Natwest account. It is almost as if they have appeared from nowhere ! Do not expect expert tax advice but any sort of direction would be helpful.
