Shrukov selling his share is good news. I'm now wondering if the old Pavel team will be back now! If so then SP should rocket. We might see Dubai investors coming back buying POG shares with price currently so cheap why would they not buy . Also the main man sold the stake.

I think just a patience of few months is required and we will rerate massively. Strukov selling off is a good news for me. He was not letting the price going up IMO. I'm not selling until we see 12-15p. Hold for gold!

More investors will join from EVR and POLY considering their dividends cancelled.

Not paying dividend is much better then paying one as otherwise investors will then start asking why pay dividend when there is uncertainty due to war and some others will start posting rubbish about company needing money etc.

Pretty sure many regretted for not buying when price today was over 110p and you now get an opportunity to buy low. Once war ends, which I believe in few weeks then board will commence dividends! Meanwhile investors might move to POG, which had good RNS.

UK markets always gets punished whether it is Russia or China's Evergrande debacle. Our market is first to go down.
Rolls Royce is another dog share that goes down "heavily" (yes, it will have the worst drop) even though their business is entirely differen from the events happening around the world.

POG and POLY have soaked up the Biden news of sanctioning the Russian gold and with today's RNS, POG is doing well.
Now the next news to be awaited is for Putin to declare ceasefire or end the war. Ukraine President has shown enough bravery and no more bravery is required. Just agree to Putin's comments and end the war. If China is invading or Iraq is invading Ukraine then you fight until your last breath. Majority of Ukraine population is Russian descendent so why fight against Russia! ? What did he achieve fighting against Putin? Clearly he cannot win the war against Russian so should have reached to agreements quickly. Best to capture Ukraine President and end this nonsense and we all get back to our normality and then let's talk about inflation and gold price.

I'm POG to return to 10p -15pas soon as war ends. With Gold price above $2000, SP should be back to 25p.

If a takeover offer is thrown at some point then hope it is not agreed for anything less than 30p
Even 30p is too cheap considering the billion market cap before the war but atleast if some news gets leaked about the takeover that would be good enough. In the present war situation, there will not be any takeover offers thrown for sure...

No doubt Avanza are playing with the share price.
Whoever that is trading from Avanza side will have swollen eyes and may become blind by the time the Russian war is over. Also would be nice to have a kick in their teeth once a private investment firm make a bid for Enquest.

True but company was valued at 20x the current mcap just last week so I don't think current price will be ignored by the investors.

My only concern is that Biden or Europe also get into war with Russia then it is a big trouble but seeing the damage done by going into war, I doubt US or Europe would engage their arms.
So I think this war would come to end soon and talks are going on as well between Russia and Ukraine.
When West is not able to help Ukraine in rescuing their people and cities then why does Ukraine want to fight Russia? Like someone said, majority of Ukraine population is Russian descendent. Get hold of Ukraine PM neck and war comes to an end.

I think POG will rise and I have placed my bets although only money that I can afford to lose. Let's see where this goes in month's time.

Although POG is not mentioned but POG as well is UK-incorporated so not subject to sanctions and would continue to trade. If it is getting delisted then a RNS would have been issued in the morning.

Today could be more carnage to SP considering Ukraine nuclear power plant fire. I guess I will be out hopefully not with loss after waiting since 2yrs. All my profits in ITV vanished in single day. Bloody useless Carolyn.

JP Morgan were right with $100 oil and their prediction of $185 oil could be seen too.
I think $150 oil atleast will be seen very soon.

ITV is not paying any penalty or fines to anyone to cause such drop?

ITV did not lose their subscribers to cause such drop?
Is paying dividend will cause such a drop?
Being a media company, it makes sense to invest in streaming for long term sustainbility so why cause such a drop?
If dame is investing in a totally new business like investing in OIL then yes it is a very bad idea and that warrants a drop.
If not investing more into streaming then where else a media company would invest?

Buy and hold strategy never works. When in profit just bank profit and that is what is happening with ITV.

I'm really not happy with Dame either. She is not the right one for the media sector. All those silly 1M and 2M investments RNS are just plain stupid ideas from Dame. She needs to go.

BR went under 5% reporting threshold on 28th so it looks like they are the ones fully offloading off ITV.
If we don't see TR1 in next few days then clearly it is BlackRock that is responsible for the sell off.
For every sell there is a buyer so let's see who would scoop up.

3-5% drop is understandable but results do not warrant a more than 20% drop. I'm expecting back to 100p next few days.
From 103p, SP went up to 120p before the results so am hoping that we would see 100p soon.

What matters is that whether ITV is making money or in a loss? When majority of the companies are still running the businesses in loss, ITV is increasing their investment towards digital growth!

I think market misinterpreted that £1+ billion investment entirely is in Digital growth whereas investment in ITVX is just £20m in 2022 and £160m in 2023. The rest is still with studio content generation and partnerships?

Casapinos, one of my frustration is that every time I thought I got the bottom, price is going down even further.
Agree that long haul flight hours are the key for RR business but travel has picked up and markets are usually forward looking so RR is sure to rake in those flight hours in 2022. I think even the guidance for 2022 was that it will be above 70% of 2019 so why is the SP not reflecting that?
Any bit of bad news in the wider market, RR will be beaten down badly even if the bad news is not relevant to RR! So that is why to me the share price is being manipulated.
