RR. is already back to profit despite civil aviation revenue (Flying hours) not back to 2019 levels.
With IAG's update about flying back to 80% of 2019 levels from Q2, RR will be even more profitable.
Talking about debt is just noise.
Moreover RR is not impacted by oil price or the inflation. People are flying and that's all matters.
Flying hours is the key and with virus now not bothered, this summer will be a bumper one for travel stocks.
Last summer was decimated by the restrictions but not this time.

Few clowns were saying rights issue and placing coming since last year. IAG now going to be profitable from 2nd quarter. Demand expected to back to 80% of 2019 from Q2 and above going forward! Bargain prices will not last long! Summer is coming.

deadline for Gazprombank passed. We all thought POG assets will be seized as POG could not make the payments and we are now more than 10 days since the time we had RNS about immediate payment request by GPB and notice has been sent by GPB about the event of default and POG is still trading.

Total manipulation by the POG BOD under the influence of Strukhov. I can't believe other institutional investors are not speaking out loud in public about POG management! Everest and Prosperity have not sold yet. Probably trading will continue and debt with GPB might be transferred to UMMC. It will then be business as usual for POG.

I might set a buy limit at 2.3p incase positive news lands and we see a 100% rise again! John Mann if you are reading the posts then put out a nice post here or a good positive RNS soon.

Few weeks back is a big positive. They too see ITV undervalued. Atleast ITV is worth 125p if not 170p.
There is world cup coming up which would boost ITV AD revenue. Blackrock may have bought it for the above reasons.

The article states that UMMC got the rights to collect debt IF POG defaults! That means currently the debt has been transferred to UMMC. POG will also sell gold to UMMC I think. POG is back to business as usual? RNS today definitely.

See the RNS in Oct/Nov 2021, Strukhov went to court regarding IRC. He publicly criticized the IRC deal in August 2021. If he is a mate of Akimov why would he do that? He could have let the deal to close silently. Why lodge a court case ?

Also why do a share sale agreement with Sergey of REGION for disposal of his 29% stake in POG. If Strukhov is mates with Akimov then why not do sale agreement with GPB?

I think you got it wrong about Strukhov. I think he is the one to save POG.

GPB demand to repay the loan payments could be sorted if UMMC can take the POGs debt to GPB. Considering a new license is being applied to export gold probably POG found a way to get out of the trouble. My concern is the deadline set by GPB. What made them to set a deadline? Probably POG board found a new off taker but GPB want rest of the POG assets just like they got IRC.

If GPB can go soft and agree to transfer the debt to UMMC, which is GPB subsidiary then POG can be back to BAU.

I think POG has 2 options -

Nice one Porter! That is what I think we will see next week. If POG was going to bust then why would they release the results detailing how smooth the business is? They even mentioned that there is no disruption to the business despite the ongoing war!

I think the message to the market is that any attempts to seize Pog assets cheaply on the name of the war is going to be challenged by the shareholders. Can't see how Strukhov will let POG sink. He even went to the court for selling IRC cheaply. Yes, am keeping faith in Strukhov for a change!

I'm hoping that CEO and the chairman would do their best to get POG out of the trouble created due to the sanctions.
We are producing massive amount of gold and the current Mcap doesn't justify the money that POG is making.

They could have easily postponed the results just like they did last few weeks. But they produced it before the key date for restructuring. I'm guessing it is going to be good next week. Another positive RNS next week and SP goes bonkers.

All depends on the existing Instituational investors. How many are still holding? Did not see any TR1s since Feb other than Strukhov holdings.
Is Everest still holding? I do not remember if they bailed out last year?
Prospect I think bailed out last year after the old BOD was booted out as Prospect was in support of Pavel and not Strukhov.

As Strukhov is still holding, he would want to pocket some of the POG assets. His current equity stake is nearly worthless but surely he will be looking to make money after all the shenanigans that he played since last 2 yrs. The only legal way he can make money is to ensure that POG goes for a takeover for 10p -15p so that he can get his money back for his stake?

In my opinion, Strukhov will not let this company go down. He has over 1bn shares as per the RNS and he bought them between 10p - 15p. May be some at even higher price. Those shares cost him atleast £100M. Today he is in a big loss. He might want to take this private but he will not let this go down. He may find an alternate buyer for the gold, which mostly could be his own company. Now he needs to see which one is better - take company private at 10p - 15p or setup another company that will buy POG's gold? Either way SP will have to react positively. Tomorrow or Friday a key RNS could land. GLA.

If his intention is to dissolve the company then why declare to public that he retained the stake? He can do things in background silently!

Let's see if there will be a new RNS. There might be another RNS about the stake of the other billionaire whose holding is now 0.

Crooked Strukhov can even ask POG to issue RNS saying that POG defaulted for not able to make payments and that it could not find a buyer for the gold produced by POG due to sanctions. It is a perfect opportunity for the bloody crook to take this company away from shareholders. I was shocked when the company issued RNS saying that 100% of it's gold output is sold to GPB! I do not see in any RNS mentioning about this. He definitely does not want to make any offer in public. When there is a easy route sketched and half way through why take the pain of shareholder approval and complicate things? I'm really shocked seeing this crook back with his stake. Hope am wrong! He might not make any offer nor let POG go down if he is able to create another new company like Stocken that bought IRC and POG bullion is sold to that new company for cheap and then sell it to Russian banks at $1800+ but he can do the same by dissolving the company. Hopefully Institutional investors could do something to stop his games!

mind boggling games by Strukhov! how can such a share agreement happen? There is no way such a criminal would sell his shares at a loss for 3p. He won't let POG go off from his hands. POG is a cash cow for him to pay off all his debts. The subsidiary of POG, IRC was sold for cheap to an unknown company for $10M and that unknown company is his company for sure and then sold IRC asset to GPB for over $100M!

I think we shareholders expecting him to do a take over for $1bn is foolishness. More games to come....

I had a feeling that Highland CEO, who sold Highland mining for over a billion, was being controlled by Strukhov in making the decisions but now Strukhov is gone, am expecting Dennis to make sensible decisions and ensures that POG gets its fair value for its assets, which are more than a billion worth!

Like many said when the deal RNS lands, SP will go bonkers!

We are due for a 30% rise, which is what POG has been doing once a week. Today could be theday for 30% rise! A little ramp from my side :-)

May be 3.85 close or may be not but doesn't matter as tomorrow would be totally different. Today's opening ask price was 4.2p! Tomorrow it could be higher or same as closing price depending on RNS!

Come on POG for once release a good RNS.
